Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种发光二极管舞台投射灯。本实用新型提供一种能耗低、工作稳定可靠的发光二极管舞台投射灯,为了解决用发光二极管来做投射图案,采用程序控制发光二极管发光显示光亮,在发光二极管前面加上菲涅尔透镜,来对此光源投射,使其能够投射出一定距离的几何图形,其使用寿命长、可靠性高。本实用新型包含有机身,机身上设有程序控制电路板,程序控制电路板电连接发光二极管板,机身上设有发光二极管板,机身前端设有菲涅尔透镜。本实用新型解决用发光二极管来做投射图案,采用加菲涅尔透镜结构的新型舞台投射灯,用来对发光二极管投射使其能够投射出一定距离的几何图形,本实用新型结构简单,工作稳定可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种应用在舞台上的投射灯,尤其涉及一种采用发光二极管(LED)为光源的舞台投射灯结构。
背景技术
现代化剧场中面光、投光位置不仅安放聚光灯,还有一些成像效果灯具以及数字换色器等器材混合使用,有些剧场的面光灯光器材选用聚光、成像、变焦灯具混合使用并配加换色器,使灯光的表现能力得到提高。目前发光二极管运用在舞台上都是用作背景光源,用在背景上面,正在替代现有的灯饰;为了解决柔光问题,替换大功率的几何图形投射灯,有必要采用新的节能光源。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种能耗低、工作稳定可靠的发光二极管(LED)舞台投射灯,为了解决用发光二极管来做投射图案,采用程序控制发光二极管发光显示光亮,在发光二极管(LED)前面加上菲涅尔透镜,来对此光源投射,使其能够投射出一定距离的几何图形,其使用寿命长、可靠性高。
为达上述目的,本实用新型的发光二极管舞台投射灯结构,采用以下的技术方案:
一种发光二极管舞台投射灯,包含有机身,机身上设有程序控制电路板,程序控制电路板电连接发光二极管板,机身上设有发光二极管板,机身前端设有菲涅尔透镜。
进一步地,所述发光二极管板正前方设有菲涅尔透镜;
进一步地,所述机身上设有开关电源,开关电源电连接程序控制电路板;
上述的开关电源设有整流电路。
发光二极管在没有使用菲涅尔透镜进行投射的情况下,只能显示一种光亮和一些本质大小的图形,本实用新型现加上此菲涅尔透镜后可以将其远距离投射,并使图案本身变大;在烟雾机使用下可以很明显的看到所投射的光线。本实用新型解决用发光二极管(LED)来做投射图案,采用加菲涅尔透镜结构的新型舞台投射灯,菲涅尔透镜是用压克力俗称有机玻璃(即PMMA)材料所做成的一种光环镜,成份是聚甲基丙稀酸甲酯做成的,用来对发光二极管(LED)投射使其能够投射出一定距离的几何图形,本实用新型结构简单,工作稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本实用新型的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
本实用新型相关结构主要包括以下零部件(或装置):开关电源1、程序控制电路板2、发光二极管板3、菲涅尔透镜4、二极管光源5、机身6、投射光线7。
本实用新型在机身6上设有程序控制电路板2,程序控制电路板2电连接发光二极管板3,机身6上设有发光二极管板3,机身6前端设有菲涅尔透镜4。
发光二极管板3正前方设有菲涅尔透镜4,机身6上设有开关电源1,开关电源1电连接程序控制电路板2,开关电源1设有整流电路。
电源进入开关电源1进行整流,后再将电流进入程序控制电路板2,经过程序控制电路板2控制、处理的电信号进入发光二极管板3,使发光二极管(LED)进行发出不同的色度光亮,经过菲涅尔透镜4进行有效的投射。
菲涅尔透镜又称阶梯镜,即有“阶梯”形不连续表面组成的透镜,“阶梯”由一系列同心圆环状带区构成,又称环带透镜。
参见附图2,发光二极管板3是发光二极管(LED)组成的灯板,二极管光源5为发光二极管所发的光源,经过菲涅尔透镜4成为有效的投射光线7,并投射成图案灯,此光线的轮廓柔和。

1.一种发光二极管舞台投射灯,包含有:机身(6),其特征在于:所述机身(6)上设有程序控制电路板(2),程序控制电路板(2)电连接发光二极管板(3),机身(6)上设有发光二极管板(3),机身(6)前端设有菲涅尔透镜(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管舞台投射灯,其特征在于:所述光二极管板(3)正前方设有菲涅尔透镜(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管舞台投射灯,其特征在于:所述机身(6)上设有开关电源(1),开关电源(1)电连接程序控制电路板(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管舞台投射灯,其特征在于:所述开关电源(1)设有整流电路。
