如附图所示，本实用新型由注射器筒基体1组成，在所述注射器筒基体1前端与注射针连接部位，设置一个容易折断的封闭端2，该封闭端2与注射器筒基体1是一次成型的整体。
使用时，医护人员需先将封闭端2从注射器筒基体1上折去，连接上注射针进行注射。由于断开的注射器筒不可恢复原状，从而达到防止回收再用的目的。
