近年来，各式各样的保温杯，由于具有保温、时尚的特点，越来越受到消费者的喜爱。例如不锈钢真空杯、双层玻璃杯等。但是，由于真空杯的成本高、制造工艺要求高，而双层玻璃杯容量小、易碎等缺点，都留有美中不足的缺憾。
发明内容：
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单、成本低、不易破碎的保温杯。
本实用新型提供的一种瓷塑双层保温杯，包括杯盖、杯体、底座，其特征在于所述的杯体是由陶瓷内胆和透明塑料外套构成，底座外表面设有外螺纹，与透明塑料外套下部的内螺纹配合，陶瓷内胆和塑料外套以及底座之间形成封闭的空腔。
由于本实用新型塑料内层采用强度较高的陶瓷材料，空腔内是非真空的，因此具有制造成本低、结构简单、不易破碎的特点。

参见附图，本实施例杯体为双层结构，双层杯体由陶瓷内胆1和透明塑料外套4构成，在陶瓷内胆1和塑料外套4之间设有密封圈2，底座6外表面设有外螺纹，与塑料外套4下部的内螺纹配合，支撑体5定位于底座6上，并随着底座6与塑料外套4旋紧，抵住陶瓷内胆1，陶瓷内胆1和透明塑料外套4之间形成封闭的空腔3。
