Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种茶叶鞋垫，包括鞋垫底层(1)，所述的鞋垫底层(1)上表面设有茶叶抑菌层(2)，并相互连接成一体，所述的茶叶抑菌层(2)是经茶叶提取物喷涂或浸泡并具有高透气性的纤维制品或橡化制品，所述的茶叶抑菌层(2)也可以是茶叶粉末层；所述茶叶抑菌层(2)的上表面覆盖有高透气性的面层(3)，并与鞋垫底层(1)连接成一体。采用上述结构后，解决了现有鞋垫吸湿、吸异味效果差的问题；具有结构简单合理、吸湿和吸异味及抑菌效果好、并能起到长效保健作用等特点。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种鞋垫，特别是一种具有抑菌、吸湿、除臭功效的长效保健鞋垫。
二、背景技术
目前使用的鞋垫种类主要有中药浸渍鞋垫、磁疗鞋垫、香型鞋垫、多层一次性鞋垫、抗菌防臭鞋垫等，以物理技术吸附臭味，以中药和无机或有机药物抑制脚臭，以多层一次性解决长效性和有效性。以上几种方法虽然对改善脚部环境起到了积极作用，有的只能部分抗菌，有的抗菌时效太短，有的舒适性较差，其效果不尽人意，其共同的缺点是吸湿、吸异味效果差。为此，许多科研机构、生产厂家及有识之士针对上述问题不断地进行了开发和研究，但至今尚未有较好的改进办法
三、发明内容
为克服目前鞋垫存在的上述弊病，本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、吸湿和吸异味及抑菌效果好、并能起到长效保健作用的茶叶鞋垫。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案，它所述的鞋垫底层上表面设有茶叶抑菌层，并相互连接成一体。
所述茶叶抑菌层是经茶叶提取物喷涂或浸泡并具有高透气性的纤维制品或橡化制品。所述茶叶抑菌层也可以是茶叶粉末层。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选方案，所述茶叶抑菌层的上表面覆盖有高透气性的面层，并与鞋垫底层连接成一体。
采用上述结构后，由于茶叶提取物或茶叶粉末含有茶儿素、茶多酚等成份，具有长久的抗菌、抑菌功能，起到防霉、防臭的作用；茶叶提取物或茶叶粉末具有良好的吸湿、吸异味性能，并能散发出淡淡的茶香，能起到保健的作用，并可以保持鞋垫干燥、清洁。

五、具体实施方式
图1和图2所示，为本实用新型一种茶叶鞋垫的第一种具体实施方案，它包括鞋垫底层1，所述的鞋垫底层1上表面设有茶叶抑菌层2，所述的茶叶抑菌层2是经茶叶提取物喷涂或浸泡并具有高透气性的纤维制品或EVA、乳胶、海棉、BU等橡化制品，并通过机压或贴合相互连接成一体。图1和图3所示，为本实用新型一种茶叶鞋垫的另一种具体实施方案，它包括鞋垫底层1，所述的鞋垫底层1上表面设有茶叶抑菌层2，所述的茶叶抑菌层2是茶叶粉末层，所述茶叶抑菌层2的上表面覆盖有高透气性的面层3，并通过针轧与鞋垫底层1连接成一体。
当然本实用新型制成的材料也可以作为鞋包、鞋内底的材料，使鞋包、鞋内底同样能起到茶叶鞋垫相同的功效。

1.一种茶叶鞋垫，包括鞋垫底层(1)，其特征是：所述的鞋垫底层(1)上表面设有茶叶抑菌层(2)，并相互连接成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶鞋垫，其特征是：所述的茶叶抑菌层(2)是经茶叶提取物喷涂或浸泡并具有高透气性的纤维制品或橡化制品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶鞋垫，其特征是：所述的茶叶抑菌层(2)是茶叶粉末层。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的茶叶鞋垫，其特征是：所述茶叶抑菌层(2)的上表面覆盖有高透气性的面层(3)，并与鞋垫底层(1)连接成一体。
