Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电连接器组件,用以电性连接硬盘驱动器(HDD),其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体中的若干导电端子、围套于绝缘本体外侧的绝缘圈,其中,电连接器组件还包括可卡合于绝缘本体内的固持片。将电连接器组件安装于硬盘驱动器上时,固持片卡合于绝缘本体内并扣持于硬盘驱动器上,该固持片可使电连接器组件安装于硬盘驱动器上的步骤变得简单,并可以节省空间。

电连接器组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件,尤指一种可方便并稳固组装至硬盘驱动器上的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
与本实用新型相关的电连接器组件,其一般包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体中的若干导电端子、围套于绝缘本体外侧的绝缘圈及用以实现电连接器组件与硬盘驱动器机械连接的螺栓。绝缘本体设有若干端子收容槽及用以螺栓穿过的通孔,硬盘驱动器设有容置电连接器组件的容置槽。组装时,先将导电端子插入绝缘本体的端子收容槽内,再将绝缘圈套于绝缘本体外,放置于硬盘驱动器的容置槽内,然后将螺栓贯穿绝缘本体的通孔,通过螺栓配合将绝缘本体固定于硬盘驱动器上。
然而,上述这种结构的电连接器组件,  由于采用螺栓实现电连接器组件与硬盘驱动器间的连接,螺栓组接方式占据的空间大,不能满足电子产品精密化要求,且螺栓制造工艺也较为复杂,制造成本将提高;另外,采用螺栓组接方式,在将电连接器组件组接于印刷电路板上时组装过程复杂、费时,组装效率低。
鉴于以上各种弊端,实有必要提供一种改进的电连接器组件,以克服上述电连接器组件的缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型目的在于提供一种具有固持片的电连接器组件,该固持片可实现电连接器组件与硬盘驱动器的稳固连接。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型提供了一种电连接器组件,可用以电性连接硬盘驱动器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体中的若干导电端子、围套于绝缘本体外侧的绝缘圈,其中,绝缘本体两端分别设有扣合槽,该电连接器组件还包括可卡接于扣合槽内固持片,固持片设有基部,由基部尾端延伸形成弹性臂,弹性臂末端还设有倒勾,将绝缘本体安装于硬盘驱动器上时,固持片基部上的凸刺卡合于绝缘本体内,弹性臂抵接于硬盘驱动器容置槽内壁上,固持片倒勾扣持于硬盘驱动器上,实现电连接器组件与硬盘驱动器之间稳固连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器组件具有以下优点:该固持片可使电连接器组件安装至硬盘驱动器的步骤变得简单,提高安装效率,并可以节省空间,且可以达到该实用新型电连接器组件与硬盘驱动器稳固连接的效果。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图6所示,本实用新型电连接器组件10,可实现与硬盘驱动器30的电性连接,其包括绝缘本体20、收容于绝缘本体20端子收容槽202内的若干导电端子21、围套于绝缘本体20外部的绝缘圈23、固持片22、与导电端子21顶部211连接的第一电路板24及与导电端子底部212连接的第二电路板25。
绝缘本体20为长纵状一体成型结构,其设有若干横排端子收容槽202,与第一电路板24的对接面设有定位凸块203,于绝缘本体20的两个短侧壁201上还延伸设有扣合槽2011。
绝缘圈23由橡胶制成为薄片中空构造,其设有容设绝缘本体20的中空框231,四周设有隔离面232,隔离面232用途是将绝缘本体20内的导电端子21与硬盘驱动器30隔离,防止两者间短路。
第一电路板24与第二电路板25皆为薄板结构,其中第一电路板24设有与绝缘本体20的定位凸块203配合的定位孔241。
固持片22为对称结构,其设有大致呈U形的基部221,基部221与扣合槽2011卡合的凸刺2211,自基部221尾端对称延伸形成大致弯曲弧形的弹性臂222,于弹性臂222末端还设有扣接于硬盘驱动器30上的倒勾223。
将本实用新型电连接器组件10组装至硬盘驱动器30时,先将导电端子21插入绝缘本体20内,分别把两个固持片22卡合于绝缘本体20的扣合槽2011内,再将绝缘圈23套于绝缘本体20外侧,绝缘本体20通过定位凸块203与第一电路板24的定位孔241配合,然后将导电端子21顶部211焊接于第一电路板24,通过上述方法将绝缘本体20、导电端子21、固持片22、绝缘圈23、第一电路板24连成一整体压入硬盘驱动器30连接器容置槽301内,弹性臂222紧密抵接于硬盘驱动器30容置槽301内壁302上,通过固持片22与硬盘驱动器30的扣接实现电连接器组件10与硬盘驱动器30的稳定电性连接,最后将导电端子21底部212焊接于第二电路板25上。
请参阅图5所本实用新型电连接组件10扣合于硬盘驱动器30上的局部放大图,固持片22的倒勾223紧密扣接于硬盘驱动器30上,弹性臂222抵接于容置槽301内侧壁302上。
采用上述结构的电连接器组件10,可以达到方便地实现电连接器组件10与硬盘驱动器30之间的稳定电性连接,组装时可以节省组装时间,大大提高组装效率,从而降低生产成本,另外,相对于通过螺栓装配的这种现有技术,本实用新型结构的电连接器组件10中的固持片22占据的空间小,满足电子产品精密化的要求。
于本实施方式中,固持片22基部221设为U形,其也可以设为矩形、V形或其它形状皆属于本技术方案实施范围。弹性臂222大致为弯曲弧形,也可根据实际要求设为其它形状,所做改变皆属于本技术方案实施范围。
以上所述实施例仅为本实用新型的优选实施方案,其它在本实施方案基础上进行的任何改进变换也应当不脱离本实用新型的技术方案。

Claims (6)

1.一种电连接器组件,可用以电性连接至硬盘驱动器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体中的若干导电端子,绝缘本体为纵长状结构,其设有若干端子收容槽,其特征在于:绝缘本体两端分别设有扣合槽,该电连接器组件还包括可卡接于扣合槽内固持片,固持片设有基部,由基部尾端延伸形成弹性臂,弹性臂末端还设有倒勾。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:固持片的基部两侧设有卡接于扣合槽的凸刺。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:基部大致成U型,由U型两自由端延伸形成弹性臂,弹性臂末端还设有倒勾。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:弹性臂大致成弯曲弧形。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:电连接器组件还设有围套于绝缘本体周围的绝缘圈。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:绝缘本体设有端子收容槽的平面上还设有一个定位凸块。
