本实用新型提供一种可储存热能的商用密封式商用节能炉灶。它包括有耐火层、燃烧机和储热腔,该储热腔预置于耐火层内,上述储热腔被铸铁板分成内腔和外腔,燃烧机的出火口伸入储热腔的内腔内,铸铁板上成型有通孔组,该通孔组连通内腔和外腔,外腔与烟囱连通,且烟窗内设置有多条水管。采用上述技术方案后,整个燃烧过程的热能都充分利用上,节能环保。

本实用新型涉及商用炉灶技术领域,特指一种可储存热能的密封式商用节能炉灶。
背景技术:
现在商业饮食用炉灶都是明火燃烧加热的,在炒菜的过程中大量的热能会散失到空气中,而且灶体内的热能会传到炉灶表面的金属材料上,使表面金属炽热,容易烫伤厨师,这部分热能最终也是白白地被浪费掉。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种可储存热能的商用密封式商用节能炉灶。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:一种商用节能炉灶,它包括有耐火层、燃烧机和储热腔,该储热腔预置于耐火层内,上述储热腔被铸铁板分成内腔和外腔,燃烧机的出火口伸入储热腔的内腔内,铸铁板上成型有通孔组,该通孔组连通内腔和外腔,外腔与烟囱连通,且烟窗内设置有多条水管。
上述铸铁板上部成型有斜面,通孔组开设在该斜面上。
所述耐火层由耐火泥构成。
采用上述技术方案后,在燃烧机燃烧加热时,由于储热腔的顶部已被锅底封闭起来,热能全部留在储热腔内加热餐锅而不会流失到空气中,同时铸铁板可储存热能,使燃烧机不用太猛火,炉灶也能有效的加热餐锅,而带有大量热能的尾气会通过通孔组流进储热腔的外腔内,外腔内水管里的水会吸收尾气的热能后被利用,尾气再通过烟囱排出,整个燃烧过程的热能都充分利用上,节能环保。

具体实施方式:
如附图1~附图5所示,本炉灶包括有耐火层1、燃烧机2和储热腔,该储热腔预置于耐火材料制成的耐火层1内,且被铸铁板4分成内腔5和外腔6,燃烧机2的出火口7伸入到储热腔的内腔5内,铸铁板4上部成型为45°斜面8,该斜面8上开设有通孔组9,该通孔组9连通内腔5和外腔6,使内腔5内的燃烧尾气流进外腔6,外腔6与烟囱10连通,且烟窗内设置有多条水管3,水管3内的水吸取尾气的余热,以防热能的浪费。
使用时,储热腔的顶部被锅底封闭起来,热能就不会被流失到空气中,尾气的热能也被水吸收利用,燃烧的热能几乎全部被利用上,有效防止热能的流失。

1.一种商用节能炉灶,它包括有耐火层(1)、燃烧机(2)和储热腔,该储热腔预置于耐火层(1)内,其特征在于:储热腔被铸铁板(4)分成内腔(5)和外腔(6),燃烧机(2)的出火口(7)伸入储热腔的内腔(5)内,铸铁板(4)上成型有通孔组(9),该通孔组(9)连通内腔(5)和外腔(6),外腔(6)与烟囱(10)连通,且烟窗(10)内设置有多条水管(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种商用节能炉灶,其特征在于:上述铸铁板(4)上部成型为斜面(8),通孔组(9)成型在该斜面(8)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种商用节能炉灶,其特征在于:所述耐火层(1)由耐火泥构成。
