目前,室内的橱柜或吊橱,材料一般为木材或密度板,用木材制作,需对木材进行涂色上漆,施工复杂;用密度板制作,容易变形爆裂,怕水,使用寿命低,并且在密度板中含有很多对人体有害的化学成份,不利于人体健康。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种施工简单、节能环保、美观、使用寿命长的橱柜用板。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型板体1和板体2为平板,在板体1和板体2之间设有多根肋条4,各肋条4之间形成多个通孔3。通孔3的设置可减少用料,降低成本,节能保温,本实用新型材料主要为木粉和PVC,将木粉和PVC混合在一起然后加温制成,可起到抗腐蚀、抗老化、抗紫外线、韧性强的作用。通过以上设置,本实用新型节能环保,施工方便,生产效率高。
