Abstract

本实用新型的层板涨紧式层架涉及到一种用于放置杂物的可拆装的层板涨紧式层架,包括两侧的立架(1)以及安装于立架中的层板(2),在所述层板(2)与立架(1)连接的两边上分别从边角的位置起排布有一个以上形状与立架(1)的立柱(3)表面形状相适应的凹缺(4),在层板安装于立架(1)上时该凹缺(4)能紧紧包住立柱(3),并将层板(2)牢牢涨紧在立架(1)中,本实用新型具有结构简单、可以随时调整宽度和可以在中间添加立架支撑,多个层架还可以互相组合连接成一体,大大提高承载能力的有益效果。

技术领域
本实用新型的层板涨紧式层架涉及到一种用于放置杂物的可拆装的层板涨紧式层架。
背景技术
目前涨紧式层架一般包括两侧的立架以及安装于立架中的层板,该层板主要是依靠层板上焊接的Y形撑头来将两侧立架的立柱撑紧来固定层板,该种结构复杂,加工制作也不方便,同时配装时不能随时调整两侧立架之间的距离,也不能在其中间添加立架增强层架中层板的承载能力,使比较宽大的层架会产生层板强度不足,不能放置重物,因此局限了层架的大小和承载能力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、可以随时调整宽度和可以在中间添加立架支撑,可以大大提高承载能力,还可以互相组合连接的层板涨紧式层架。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:本实用新型的层板涨紧式层架包括两侧的立架以及安装于立架中的层板,其特点是:在所述层板与立架连接的两边上分别从边角的位置起排布有一个以上形状与立架的立柱表面形状相适应的凹缺,在层板安装于立架上时该凹缺能紧紧包住立柱,并将层板牢牢涨紧在立架中。
所述的层板的凹缺内还设置有冠状小凸包,同时在立柱被凹缺包住的位置相应有凹坑,该凹坑可以完全包容小凸包将层板自锁。
所述的层板是塑料层板。塑料层板具有更好的弹性可以使涨紧更加牢固,还不会造成立柱的表面损伤。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型的层板设置有与立架的立柱形状相适应的凹缺,该凹缺可以通过紧紧包住立柱来限位固定层板,同时该凹缺可以设置成锯齿状排布,使配装时能随时调整两侧立架之间的距离,也可以在其中间添加立架增强层架中层板的承载能力,可以安装成比较宽大的层架,且能加强层板的承载能力,也可以使多个层架互相连接,增加层架的承载量。所以本实用新型具有结构简单、可以随时调整宽度和可以在中间添加立架支撑,可以大大提高承载能力的有益效果且还可以有互相组合连接的作用;此外,本实用新型的结构方式还可以成为三角扇形组合结构,如果将其几个三角扇形层架连接组合在一起,可以组合成圆柱形层架或S形层架,更加方便和美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的层板涨紧式层架作更详细的说明。
由图1~16所示,本实用新型的层板涨紧式层架包括两侧的立架1以及安装于立架中的层板2,在所述层板2与立架1连接的两边上分别从边角的位置起排布有一个以上形状与立架1的立柱3表面形状相适应的凹缺4,在层板安装于立架1上时该凹缺4能紧紧包住立柱3,并将层板2牢牢涨紧在立架1中。
其中,立架1的立柱3形状常用的形式可以圆柱形、方柱形、六角柱形、双圆柱形、双方柱形、双方管柱形、双六角柱形等,都属于本实用新型涉及的保护范围,可以根据常用型材选用,立柱3的形式可以是单立柱和双立柱形式,根据强度要求选择,而层板2的凹缺4就根据立柱的形状可以是半圆形、半方形、半六角形,排布数量上可以根据使用方式安排,最少为四角边上各一个,最多排满前后两边,这样可以灵活设置两侧立架1的安装距离或在中间添加立架,也可以通过这种层板2将两个以上的层架连接成一体。
本实用新型的立柱形状以及凹缺排布形式不限于上述形式。
如图12-14所示,所述的层板2的凹缺4内还设置有冠状小凸包5,同时在立柱3被凹缺4包住的位置相应有凹坑6,该凹坑6可以完全包容小凸包5将层板2自锁,这样可以使层板不易松脱。
如图15-16所示,本实用新型的结构方式可以成为三角扇形组合结构,如果将其几个三角扇形层架连接组合在一起,可以组合成圆柱形层架或S形层架,更加方便和美观。
所述的层板2最好是塑料层板,用一次成型方式制造出带凹缺的层板。塑料层板具有更好的弹性可以使涨紧更加牢固,还不会造成立柱的表面损伤,同时成本也较低。
所以本实用新型具有结构简单、可以随时调整宽度和可以在中间添加立架支撑,可以大大提高承载能力的有益效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种层板涨紧式层架,包括两侧的立架(1)以及安装于立架中的层板(2),其特征在于:在所述层板(2)与立架(1)连接的两个边上分别从边角的位置起排布有一个以上形状与立架(1)的立柱(3)表面形状相适应的凹缺(4),在层板安装于立架(1)上时该凹缺(4)能紧紧包住立柱(3),并将层板(2)牢牢涨紧在立架(1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层板涨紧式层架,其特征在于:所述的层板(2)的凹缺(4)内还设置有冠状小凸包(5),同时在立柱(3)被凹缺(4)包住的位置相应有凹坑(6),该凹坑(6)可以完全包容小凸包(5)将层板(2)自锁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的层板涨紧式层架,其特征在于:所述的层板(2)是塑料层板。
