本实用新型涉及一种连接器结构改良,属于机电类。它包含有一绝缘本体,在一端设有插接孔,且由插接孔延伸至一处设有孔槽,且在孔槽内设有积体电路,该积体电路延伸设有讯号端子,且延伸于另一侧设有相对应的卡合块;一盖板为金属材质,对应于绝缘本体上,且延伸设有相对应于绝缘本体的复数卡合孔;该绝缘本体嵌合有盖板,盖板通过复数卡合孔卡合于绝缘本体的复数卡合块。优点在于:盖板为金属材质,通过复数卡合块与复数卡合孔的相对应并卡合,达到组装便利,增强盖板与绝缘本体的卡合强度;积体电路的讯号端子在下方施力时,不使连接器的盖板脱落,实用性强。

本实用新型涉及机电类,特别涉及一种连接器结构改良。
背景技术
众所周知,一般常用连接器的盖板仅是由绝缘本体的一侧置入,连接器的盖板为塑胶材质,因盖板为塑胶的材质而无法给予足够的卡合强度;又因其盖板卡合的设计,使积体电路的讯号端子在下方施力时,易造成连接器的盖板脱落,需要加以改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种连接器结构改良,解决了常用连接器的盖板无法提供足够的卡合强度,造成组装不便及连接器的盖板易脱落等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包含有一绝缘本体,在一端设有插接孔,且由插接孔延伸至一处设有孔槽,且在孔槽内设有积体电路,该积体电路延伸设有讯号端子,且延伸于另一侧设有相对应的卡合块;一盖板为金属材质,对应于绝缘本体上,且延伸设有相对应于绝缘本体的复数卡合孔;该绝缘本体嵌合有盖板,盖板通过复数卡合孔卡合于绝缘本体的复数卡合块,盖板为金属材质,增强盖板与绝缘本体的卡合强度,且组装便利,藉此,便使连接器组装于电路板上,并使积体电路的讯号端子在下方施力时,不使连接器的盖板脱落;其中,连接器的盖板可设为、钢质材质及铁质材质等相关可为盖板的材质;连接器的插接孔供接头置入所用,其积体电路的讯号端子供给转输光源讯号所用;积体电路藉由讯号端子与电路板的固定孔相卡合并传导光源讯号。
本实用新型的优点在于:盖板为金属材质,通过复数卡合块与复数卡合孔的相对应并卡合,达到组装便利,增强盖板与绝缘本体的卡合强度;积体电路的讯号端子在下方施力时,不使连接器的盖板脱落,实用性强。

具体实施方式:
如附图1及附图2所示,本实用新型连接器A是由绝缘本体B及盖板C所组成,其中,绝缘本体B的一处设有插接孔B3,由连接器A的插接孔B3往内延伸呈现为一中空的样式,且连接器A的绝缘本体B在另一处设有孔槽B1,绝缘本体B的孔槽B1内嵌设有积体电路D,连接器A的积体电路D延伸设有讯号端子D1,且在绝缘本体B的侧缘设有相对称的复数卡合块B2,该盖板C的侧缘设有相对称的复数卡合孔C1,绝缘本体B的复数卡合块B2对应于盖体C的复数卡合孔C1。
如附图2至附图5所示,连接器A的绝缘本体B一处设有一孔槽B1,绝缘本体B的孔槽B1内嵌设有积体电路D,该积体电路D的讯号端子D1延伸至绝缘本体B的另一侧,连接器A的绝缘本体B嵌合有一连接器A的盖板C,绝缘本体B与盖体C的嵌合是通过盖板C的复数卡合孔C1对应于绝缘本体B的卡合块B2并相互卡合,连接器A的盖板C便将绝缘本休B的积体电路D包覆住,使孔槽B1内的积体电路D不掉落,连接器A的盖板C为金属材质,藉由此设计,便可使连接器A的绝缘本体B与连接器A的盖板C在组装时,达到相当的便利性,且同时增强盖板C与绝缘本体B的卡合强度,因此,使连接器A组装在电路板E上,积体电路D的讯号端子D1在下方施力时,不因积体电路D顶撞于连接器A的盖板C,而使连接器A的盖板C脱落。
连接器A的插接孔B3供给接头F置入所用,连接器A藉由积体电路D的讯号端子D1与电路板E的固定孔E1相卡合并传导讯号,连接器A的盖板C为金属材质,该金属材料可设为,钢质材质及铁质材质等相关可为盖板C的材质。

1.一种连接器结构改良,其特征在于:包含有一绝缘本体,在一端设有插接孔,且由插接孔延伸至一处设有孔槽,且在孔槽内设有积体电路,该积体电路延伸设有讯号端子,且延伸于另一侧设有相对应的卡合块;一盖板为金属材质,对应于绝缘本体上,且延伸设有相对应于绝缘本体的复数卡合孔;该绝缘本体嵌合有盖板,盖板通过复数卡合孔卡合于绝缘本体的复数卡合块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器结构改良,其特征在于:所说的盖板为金属材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接器结构改良,其特征在于:所说的积体电路藉由讯号端子与电路板的固定孔相卡合并传导光源讯号。
