本实用新型特指一种高气密性双平开窗。包括有窗框、窗扇、以及扇中挺,在窗扇靠近窗框内侧壁处加设有台阶,扇中挺嵌入扇料加设的台阶中,扇中挺通过紧固件与一扇料的拼接成一整体,扇中挺内侧壁与另一扇料在扇料台阶处通过胶条搭接密封,扇中挺内装饰面与窗扇内装饰面在同一平面,当平开窗关闭时,扇中挺内装饰面与窗扇内装饰面通过胶条紧密与窗框搭接密封。有效地解决了现有扇中挺与窗框连接处无法密封的问题,大大改善整窗的密封性能,同时,保证了整个窗型的美观大方。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及建筑用铝合金型材窗技术领域,特指一种高气密性双平开窗。
背景技术:
现时市场上流行使用的平开窗在做双扇平开时通常选用中挺连接,为了避免原有中挺在窗户开启后,中挺外露,影响美观的缺点,也有部分选用扇中挺连接,此种扇中挺与现有窗扇连接在一起,虽美观大方,但扇中挺与窗框之间互相干涉,加工难度相对增大,同时因自身设计的缺陷,扇中挺内侧壁与窗框无法密封,大大降低平开窗的密封性。
发明内容:
本实用新型目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种既保证平开窗的密封性能又美观大方的高气密性双平开窗。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:包括有窗框、窗扇、以及扇中挺,在窗扇靠近窗框内侧壁处加设有台阶,扇中挺嵌入扇料加设的台阶中,扇中挺通过紧固件与一扇料的拼接成一整体,扇中挺内侧壁与另一扇料在扇料台阶处通过胶条搭接密封,扇中挺内装饰面与窗扇内装饰面在同一平面,当平开窗关闭时,扇中挺内装饰面与窗扇内装饰面通过胶条紧密与窗框搭接密封。
有效地解决了现有扇中挺与窗框连接处无法密封的问题,大大改善整窗的密封性能,同时,保证了整个窗型的美观大方。

具体实施方式:
本实施例包括有窗框1、窗扇2、以及扇中挺3,在保证窗框1与窗扇2搭接量的前提下,在窗扇靠近窗框1内侧壁4处加设有台阶5,同时减少扇中挺3的外形尺寸,使扇中挺3嵌入扇料6加设的台阶5中,扇中挺3通过紧固件7与一扇料6的拼接成一整体,扇中挺内侧壁8与另一扇料9在扇料台阶处通过胶条10搭接密封,扇中挺内装饰面11与窗扇内装饰面12在同一平面,当平开窗关闭时,扇中挺内装饰面11与窗扇内装饰面12通过胶条紧密13与窗框搭接密封。

1.高气密性双平开窗,包括有窗框(1)、窗扇(2)、以及扇中挺(3),其特征在于:在窗扇靠近窗框(1)内侧壁(4)处加设有台阶(5),扇中挺(3)嵌入扇料(6)加设的台阶(5)中,扇中挺(3)通过紧固件(7)与一扇料(6)的拼接成一整体,扇中挺内侧壁(8)与另一扇料(9)在扇料台阶处通过胶条(10)搭接密封,扇中挺内装饰面(11)与窗扇内装饰面(12)在同一平面,当平开窗关闭时,扇中挺内装饰面(11)与窗扇内装饰面(12)通过胶条紧密(13)与窗框搭接密封。
