背景技术
在临床护理工作中，鼻饲或胃肠减压时需留置胃管，传统的留置胃管固定时，用胶布固定于鼻翼两侧和面颊部，其缺点：胶布固定由于面部出汗及皮脂腺分泌增多，使胶布失去粘性而脱出，再者烦躁或不适病人不自觉易拔除，固定不牢固，时间短，面部有胶布痕迹，不清洁，不美观，病人易过敏不适。
发明内容
为了克服上述存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种改进型胃管，它固定牢固，不易滑脱，还避免了胶布与面部的直接接触引起过敏的现象发生。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：它是在原来胃管的基础上改进的，主要包括管头端、管体、管未端、乳胶套管，其特点是：管体上设置有乳胶套管，二者活动相连，乳胶套管可在管体上面上下调动，乳胶套管内设置有一根绳，并且可以来回调动，绳的两端设置有一个固定扣，在固定扣的内侧还设置有一个可以来回滑动的固定扣。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在原来的硅胶胃管50CM处，设置一个乳胶套管与胃管紧密相连，但又能根据不同病人插管长度可上下调动；乳胶套管内设置有一根绳，并且可以来回活动，绳的两端设置有一个固定扣，在固定扣的内侧还设置有一个可以来回调动的固定扣，用于固定绳的长度，根据病人不同卧位可随时改变，将绳固定于耳上部头的周围，这样固定牢固，可避免胶布与面部的直接接触引起过敏及易滑脱现象发生，本实用新型美观舒适，松紧可随时调节，给护理工作节省了时间，并具有操作简单，使用方便等优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型是在原来胃管的基础上实现的，主要采用优质硅胶和乳胶加工制作，管头端1、管体2、管未端3采用优质硅胶加工制作，其工艺与原来的胃管制作方法相同；在管体2的50CM处，设置一个乳胶套管4与管体2紧密相连，但又能根据不同病人插管长度可上下调动；制作乳胶套管4时，其直径稍微大于管体2的直径，乳胶套管4可以在管体2上面上下可以调动，乳胶套管4内设置有一根绳，可来回活动，绳的两端设置有一个固定扣，在固定扣的内侧还设置有一个可来回调动的固定扣。

1.一种改进型胃管，其特征在于：管体上设置有乳胶套管，二者活动相连，乳胶套管可在管体上面上下调动，乳胶套管内设置有一根绳，并且可以来回调动，绳的两端设置有一个固定扣，在固定扣的内侧还设置有一个可以来回滑动的固定扣。
