背景技术
目前，传统的塑胶地板通常是由网格基布层、底层、发泡层、印刷层、表面层复合而成，结构较为复杂，加工周期长、制造成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、容易加工、制造成本低的一种塑胶地板。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种塑胶地板，包括发泡层和透明面层，其中在发泡层上设有塑料层、在塑料层和透明面层之间设有长纤无纺布层，各层之间通过热合粘接。
上述的一种塑胶地板中所述的发泡层底部设有防潮底层。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，利用长纤无纺布层既作为装饰层又作为增强层，简化了塑胶地板的结构，缩短加工周期，降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2所示，本实用新型的一种塑胶地板，包括PVC发泡层1和透明面层2，透明面层2可采用透明PVC或聚氨酯(PU)片材，在发泡层1上设有塑料层3、塑料层3采用不透明的PVC片材，在塑料层3和透明面层2之间设有长纤无纺布层4，长纤无纺布层4通常采用涤纶(PET)或丙纶(PP)长纤维制造而成，厚度在0.05～0.2mm之间，并且可以通过染色、印花等处理形成自然装饰图案，在发泡层1底部设有防潮底层5，各层之间通过热合粘接。

1.一种塑胶地板，包括发泡层(1)和透明面层(2)，其特征是所述的发泡层(1)上设有塑料层(3)、在塑料层(3)和透明面层(2)之间设有长纤无纺布层(4)，各层之间通过热合粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶地板，其特征是所述的发泡层(1)底部设有防潮底层(5)。
