目前陶瓷托辊是由陶瓷托辊体、轴、轴承装配而成,而托辊体是一种只有轴孔的实体,其重量重,从而增大皮带运输机的重量,消耗能源多。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述问题提供一种陶瓷托辊体开孔式的陶瓷托辊,从而减轻了皮带运输机及托辊的重量,节约了能源的消耗。
本实用新型的发明点是在于托辊的托辊体2上开设孔3,使其减轻托辊体及皮带运输机的重量,节约能源的消耗,其孔3可以开设为圆的、方的、三角形的。轴1及轴承4装配在托辊中心轴孔中固紧。
本实用新型的优点:①减轻辊体重量,从而减少托辊自身负荷延长了轴承使用寿命;②节能降耗,可减少传动电机用电量;③减轻输送机支架承载负荷;④托辊更容易加工,同心度更加提升,从而延长了托辊使用寿命;⑤降低了产品生产成本(减少泥料、燃料成本)。

具体实施方式
先用瓷泥通过一般工艺分别制成陶瓷托辊体2的初坯,初坯可以挤压成形,然后在陶瓷托辊体2的纵向向横向开直通孔3,也可以在压制初坯时,将直通孔一次挤压成型,之后通过烧结制成,再把轴1和轴承4装入到托辊中心轴孔中固紧即可装配到皮带运输机上使用。

1.壁体开孔式陶瓷托辊,它由陶瓷托辊体(2)、轴(1)、轴承(4)和孔(3)组成,轴(1)和轴承(4)装配在托辊中心轴孔中固紧,其特征在于托辊的托辊瓷体(2)上开有孔(3)。
