Abstract

一种低压电器接插件盒，由面板及底座组成。底座的两对边侧壁上各有一个凸台，凸台外包裹有金属片，金属片上开有孔槽，凸台与金属片之间预留有一空隙，空隙内装置有一可自由滑动的螺帽。本实用新型螺帽可以在凸台与金属片之间自由滑动，因此螺丝很容易与螺帽旋接，同时本实用新型的结构能承受盖板的多次拆卸。

本实用新型属于电器接插件盒制造技术领域，具体是一低压电器接插件盒。
技术背景
已有的低压电器接插件盒，其结构都是由面板及底座组成，面板上预留有插座或/和开关孔，有两个穿孔。底座是一个正方形或长方形的中空五面体，面板与底座依靠螺栓穿过面板上的穿孔旋入底座的内嵌螺帽或自功螺孔中连接。例如专利号为91220945.3、91226339.3、00236518.9等中国专利。
上述已有技术在面板与底座连接的技术方案存在下列的不足。或是螺栓与螺帽对位不准，或是底座上螺栓的孔经过几次拆卸后变形，都会造成面板与底座连接不起，只能重新更换底座。
发明内容
本实用新型技术方案针对上述不足，提出一种新的解决方案。本实用新型电器接插件盒由面板及底座组成，面板上预留有插座或/和开关孔，有两个穿孔。底座是一个正方形或长方形的中空五面体，底座的两对边侧壁上各有一个凸台，凸台外包裹有金属片，金属片上开有孔槽。凸台与金属片之间预留有一空隙，空隙内装置有一可自由滑动的螺帽，螺帽表面几何尺寸大于孔槽几何尺寸，使螺帽不会从孔槽中掉出。安装时，用螺丝穿过盖板上的穿孔及底座凸台外包裹的金属片上的孔槽，与凸台和金属片之间可自由滑动的螺帽旋接，从而将盖板固定在底座上。由于螺帽可以在凸台与金属片之间自由滑动，因此螺丝很容易与螺帽旋接，同时本实用新型的结构能承受盖板的多次拆卸。

具体实施方式
盖板7上有穿孔8和插座9。底座1是一个正方形或长方形的中空五面体，底座1的两对边侧壁上各设置有一个凸台2，凸台2外包裹有金属片3，金属片3上开有孔槽4。凸台2与金属片3之间预留有一空隙，空隙内装置有一可自由滑动的螺帽5，螺帽5上有螺孔6。螺帽5的表面几何尺寸大于孔槽4的几何尺寸。固定螺丝穿过穿孔8、金属片3上的孔槽4与螺帽5旋接，将盖板7固定在底座1上。

1.一种低压电器接插件盒，由面板及底座组成，面板上预留有插座或/和开关孔，有两个穿孔，底座是一个正方形或长方形的中空五面体，其特征在于底座的两对边侧壁上各有一个凸台，凸台外包裹有金属片，金属片上开有孔槽，凸台与金属片之间预留有一空隙，空隙内装置有一可自由滑动的螺帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压电器接插件盒，其特征在于所述螺帽的表面几何尺寸大于孔槽的几何尺寸。
