Abstract

本实用新型公开一种电连接器,其包括设有若干收容槽的基座、插置于所述收容槽内的若干导电端子,盖接于所述基座上的金属遮蔽壳体及若干信号导线。其中,所述电连接器还包括放置于基座内的柔性电路板及绝缘膜,所述信号导线分别水平焊接在该柔性电路板上,所述绝缘膜位于信号导线上。本实用新型电连接器焊接操作方便且牢固,信号传输可靠,易重工且制造难度小。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关一种电连接器,尤指一种可与垂直安装在电路板上的电连接器对接的同轴线缆电连接器。
【背景技术】
同轴线缆与信号接收器之间的信号传输是借助于同轴线缆电连接器,其中该同轴线缆电连接器的导电端子一端与信号接收器的对插件对接,另一端与同轴线缆的信号导线连接,以提供信号的传输。
现有的该电连接器包括设有若干收容槽的基座、插置于所述收容槽内的若干导电端子、盖接于所述基座上的金属遮蔽壳体,容置于基座内的若干信号导线。其中,每一信号导线包括可与导电端子电性连接的芯线、包覆在芯线外的绝缘层、包覆在绝缘层外的编织层及遮覆在编织层外的外被。导电端子及信号导线的芯线相应插入所述收容槽中,每一收容槽内还设有焊膏,通过这种结构,当电连接器受热时,这些焊膏即被熔融而将信号导线的芯线与导电端子焊接在一起。从而实现信号导线和导电端子的导通。
然,此种焊接方式信号导线在焊接前不能固定,无法与导电端子迅速准确的对位,尤其是对于密度较高的电路板而言,这种缺点将使焊接操作极为不便,进而引起焊接效率下降。另外,当信号导线受到外力影响时,该焊接结构处将会承受较大的破坏力,尤其在接点密度极高的情形下,该较大的破坏力有可能使信号导线与导电端子脱离而导致断路,进而引发电讯传递不稳定等后果,再者,此种结构不宜重工。所以,有必要研制一种可解决上述缺陷的电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种焊接操作方便且牢固,信号传输可靠,易重工且制造难度较小的电连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型电连接器包括设有若干收容槽的基座、插置于所述收容槽内并设有头部的若干导电端子、盖接于所述基座上的金属遮蔽壳体及容置于基座内的若干信号导线。所述信号导线包括可与导电端子电性连接的芯线、包覆在芯线外的绝缘层、包覆在绝缘层外的编织层及遮覆在编织层外的外被。其中,所述电连接器还包括绝缘膜及设有信号接触点的柔性电路板,所述芯线分别水平焊接在该柔性电路板的信号接触点上,所述基座内设有凹槽,该凹槽与所述收容槽部分相通,所述导电端子头部伸入该凹槽,该柔性电路板直接放置于所述凹槽中,所述绝缘膜粘贴在信号导线上用于同金属遮蔽壳体绝缘,此时,信号导线与导电端子均与柔性电路板上信号接触点接触,从而实现导通。
由于采用上述方案,与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器焊接操作方便且牢固,信号传输可靠,易重工且制造难度较小。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型电连接器100包括设有若干收容槽11的基座1、插置于所述收容槽11内的若干导电端子2、盖接于所述基座1上的金属遮蔽壳体(未标示)及容置于基座1内的若干信号导线5。其中,所述电连接器100还包括容置于基座1内的柔性电路板3及水平粘贴在信号导线5上的绝缘膜6。
所述基座1呈矩形板状,其包括前面13、顶面16,侧面15及底面14,所述基座1自底面14向上凹设有若干收容槽11,用于收容导电端子2,自所述前面13向远离前面13方向凹设有凹槽12,自侧面15一端相向延伸设有凸台151,所述凹槽12与所述收容槽11部分相通,所述导电端子2包括头部21和尾部22,所述头部21伸入凹槽12中。
所述柔性电路板3呈矩形,包括上表面(未标示),该柔性电路板3上表面两端设有对称的缺口33,该缺口33抵接在所述凸台151一侧,该上表面上还设有若干信号接触点31和信号焊接垫32。
所述信号导线5包括芯线51、包覆在芯线51外的绝缘层52、包覆在绝缘层52外的编织层53及遮覆在编织层53外的外被54。所述芯线51水平焊接在所述信号接触点31上,所述绝缘膜6水平粘贴在所述芯线51上,所述编织层53水平焊接在所述信号焊接垫32上接地,所述金属遮蔽壳体盖接于所述基座1上。
所述金属遮蔽壳体包括插持于基座1上的第一上遮蔽壳体41,卡持于基座1上的下遮蔽壳体43及枢接于下遮蔽壳体43上的第二上遮蔽壳体42。
组装时,导电端子2容置于基座1内,其头部21伸入凹槽12中,所述芯线51分别水平焊接在所述信号接触点31上,所述编织层53水平焊接在所述信号焊接垫32上,掀开枢接于下遮蔽壳体43上的第二上遮蔽壳体42,将所述柔性电路板3放置在凹槽12中,所述绝缘膜6水平粘贴在所述芯线51上,盖合上第二上遮蔽壳体42,此时,信号导线5的芯线51与导电端子2的头部21均与柔性电路板3上的信号接触点31接触从而实现导通。
本实用新型电连接器100,通过加设柔性电路板3和绝缘膜6,所述芯线51及编织层53焊接在该柔性电路板3的不同区域内,该柔性电路板3直接放置于凹槽12中,将枢接于下遮蔽壳体43上的第二上遮蔽壳体42闭合,此时,信号导线5的芯线51与导电端子2的头部21均与柔性电路板3上信号接触点31接触从而实现导通。该结构焊接操作方便且牢固,信号传输可靠,易重工且制造难度小。
应当指出,以上仅为本实用新型的一种实施方式,其它在这种实施方式基础上进行的任何等效变换都不脱离本实用新型的实质技术方案。

Claims (6)

1.一种电连接器,其包括设有若干收容槽的基座、插置于所述收容槽内的若干导电端子,罩覆于所述基座外的金属遮蔽壳体及若干信号导线,其特征在于:所述电连接器还设有容置于基座中的柔性电路板和粘贴在信号导线上的绝缘膜,所述信号导线焊接在所述柔性电路板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述信号导线包括与绝缘膜水平粘贴的芯线、包覆在芯线外的绝缘层、包覆在绝缘膜外的编织层及遮覆在编织层外的外被。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述柔性电路板上设有信号焊接垫和若干信号接触点,所述芯线焊接在所述信号接触点上,所述编织层焊接在所述信号焊接垫上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基座一端设有收容柔性电路板的凹槽,该凹槽与所述收容槽相通。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括头部和尾部,所述头部伸入所述凹槽中与柔性电路板上设有的信号接触点接触。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属遮蔽壳体包括插持于基座上的第一上遮蔽壳体,卡持于基座上的下遮蔽壳体及枢接于下遮蔽壳体上的第二上遮蔽壳体。
