本实用新型的目的在于：针对现有技术的不足，提供一种自行车支撑。
本实用新型自行车支撑，其特征在于：由连接块与支撑杆相配合构成铰链连接而构成，连接块与支撑杆连接构成的空腔中设有弹簧，连接块上设有连接孔，支撑杆上设有伸缩套，支撑杆与伸缩套通过嵌槽、带有嵌夹件结构的开关配合连接为一体。为了弹簧的定位，连接块上设有弹簧的垫圈和外凸边，支撑杆上设有垫圈和外凸边。连接块上设有连接孔，支撑杆上设有伸缩套，支撑杆与伸缩套通过嵌夹件卡在嵌槽上连接为一体；按下开关，嵌夹件松开，可将伸缩套取出，或在带嵌槽区间范围内移动调节支撑的长短；而使支撑具有伸缩调节长度的功能。各零部件的制造和产品的组装均可采用现有技术来完成，使用时，通过连接孔用螺拴与自行车连接即可。
