背景技术
耐压塑料管广泛用于高压流体的输送，现有的塑料软管通常是在管体内设有钢丝弹簧，以增强其抗压强度，这种耐压软管普遍存在着生产成本高，比重大，使用不便等缺点，而且由于塑料管体与钢丝弹簧之间难成一体，结合不够紧密，塑料管体易出现剥离和弯瘪现象，影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产成本低，比重小，弹性好，不易弯瘪，使用寿命长的耐压软管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括管体和设在其中的纤维网，管体外设有与之连为一体的螺旋加强筋，该螺旋加强筋为塑料螺旋筋，它与管体外壁通过热复合紧密相接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型管壁外设有与管体连为一体的塑料螺旋筋，不仅降低了生产成本和管子的比重，而且管壁结构紧凑无空隙，管体弹性好，不易弯瘪，耐磨强度大，使用寿命长。

本实用新型包括管体1和设在其中的纤维网3，管体1外设有与之连为一体的螺旋加强筋2，该螺旋加强筋2为塑料螺旋筋，它与管体1外壁通过热复合紧密相接，螺旋加强筋2与管体1外壁接触面不小于其截面的四分之一，一般为其截面的三分之一到二分之一。

1.一种塑筋管，包括管体(1)和设在其中的纤维网(3)，其特征在于管体(1)外设有与之连为一体的螺旋加强筋(2)，该螺旋加强筋(2)为塑料螺旋筋，它与管体(1)外壁通过热复合紧密相接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种塑筋管，其特征在于螺旋加强筋(2)与管体(1)外壁接触面不小于其截面的四分之一。
