Abstract

背景技术
目前，在现有技术中传统的防护栏多是以钢材纵向、横向交接经焊接而成。但此类防护栏只能一次焊死，不可互换组装，安装使用不便，费时费力，并容易出现锈蚀，却又不方便维修和更换。且此类防护栏形状呆板陈旧，尤其是其四周边焊接粗慥，极不美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，公开一种可以方便互换、组装防护栏的组装连接器。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的，这种防护栏组装连接器由上接管(1)、连接座(2)和下接管(3)组成，上接管(1)和下接管(3)穿过连接座(2)连接为一体，上接管(1)和下接管(3)可分别与防护栏的纵向、横向边框相互连接。本实用新型结构简单，制作方便，能够解决传统的防护栏只能一次焊死的问题，使得防护栏变为可互换组装，既方便施工安装和使用，又美观大方，改善和美化了人们的生活环境。

本实用新型提供的这种组装连接器为中空结构，上接管(1)和下接管(3)的形状可为中空的矩形形状，也可为中空的园形形状。连接为一体的上接管(1)和下接管(3)之间的夹角为90度。上接管(1)和下接管(3)可分别与防护栏的纵向、横向边框相互连接，其连接方式可为套接，以形成整具防护栏的快速组装连接，方便施工安装和使用。本实用新型结构简单，制作方便，可由金属或非金属材料通过模具一次铸成。通常情况下，使用塑料等轻型材料铸塑成型效果更好，有特殊需要时，也可以用钢材等制成。

2、根据权利要求1所述的防护栏组装连接器，其特征在于，组装连接器为中空结构，上接管(1)和下接管(3)的形状可为中空的矩形形状也可为中空的园形形状。
3、根据权利要求1所述的防护栏组装连接器，其特征在于，连接为一体的上接管(1)和下接管(3)之间的夹角为90度。
4、根据权利要求1所述的防护栏组装连接器，其特征在于，上接管(1)和下接管(3)与防护栏的纵向、横向边框的连接可为套接。
5、根据权利要求1所述的防护栏组装连接器，其特征在于，组装连接器可由金属或非金属材料通过模具一次铸成。
