Abstract

本实用新型公开一种电连接器,其可利用柔性电路板将相机模组电性连接至电路板上,该电连接器包括设有收容空间的金属壳体、弹片及相机模组。金属壳体设有底壁,自底壁的边缘向上延伸设置前壁、后壁及结构相同的左、右壁形成所述收容空间,所述弹片抵接着底壁,且弹片、柔性电路板、相机模组依次组设在金属壳体的收容空间中。其中金属壳体的左、右壁设有朝向收容空间内的吊钩,在对应该吊钩的相机模组上设有凹槽,通过吊钩勾住凹槽以防止相机模组从金属壳体上滑脱,由此实现相机模组和金属壳体之间良好的固持和定位功能。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种利用柔性电路板将相机模组电性连接至电路板的电连接器。
【背景技术】
请参阅图1所示,现有一种电连接器1将相机模组2电性连接至电路板(未图示),其包括金属壳体10及弹片20。金属壳体10由金属冲压弯折而成,其设有前壁11、后壁12、及结构相同的左、右壁13构成一收容空间100,相机模组2组设于收容空间100中并与弹片20接触。所述金属壳体10的前壁11、后壁12、左、右壁13上均设有至少一个结构相同的第一弹性臂14用于抵靠相机模组2的表面,而在左、右壁13上分别设有至少一个结构相同的第二弹性臂15。相机模组2设有一凸台21,所述第二弹性臂15卡持于该凸台21上以固持相机模组2。
然而在组装时,用于抵靠和卡持相机模组2的第一、第二弹性臂14、15均是依靠其弹性来固持,当用力不均,或进行反复插拔测试的情况下,很容易使第一、第二弹性臂14、15的部分或全部丧失其弹性,从而容易导致相机模组2滑脱出金属壳体10,不能达到良好的固持效果。
鉴于此,实有必要提供一种改进的电连接器,以克服上述电连接器的缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能实现相机模组与金属壳体稳定固持的电连接器。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括:设有收容空间的金属壳体、容置于收容空间中的弹片及相机模组,其中,金属壳体设有底壁,自底壁的边缘向上延伸弯折形成前壁、后壁及左右壁围成所述收容空间,左、右壁分别设有向下吊钩,而相机模组上对应该吊钩位置设有凹槽。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器具有如下有益效果:当相机模组完全置入金属壳体的收容空间内时,所述吊钩将卡勾于相机模组的凹槽,防止相机模组滑脱出金属壳体,达到良好的固持和定位功能。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2、图3所示,本实用新型是一种利用柔性电路板2将相机模组3连接至电路板(未图示)的电连接器1,其包括设有收容空间100的金属壳体10、弹片11及相机模组3,其中弹片11、柔性电路板2,以及相机模组3依次组设于金属壳体10的收容空间100中。
金属壳体10是由金属板冲压弯折而成,其具有收容相机模组3及柔性电路板2的收容空间100,该收容空间是由底壁101、自底壁101左右边缘向上延伸的一对结构相同的左壁和右壁104、自底壁101前边缘向上延伸的前壁102及自左壁和右壁104左边缘朝向彼此延伸的后壁103围绕而成的,且上述底壁101、前壁102及左、右壁103、104彼此电性连接,这样可以较好地保护相机模组3不受外界电磁干扰。底壁101的两侧设有若干对称的通槽1010。前壁102在其中央位置设有可供柔性电路板2通过的开口1021,对应该开口1021的底壁101凸设一具有切口1012的固持部1011,在开口1021的两侧设有第一弹性臂1020以抵靠于所述相机模组3的前表面32。后壁103上设有至少一个第二弹性臂1030以抵靠于所述相机模组3的后表面,后壁103与底壁101的接合处设有通孔105。左壁和右壁104设有自底壁101向上延伸的基部1040、自基部1040的两侧顶端弯折延伸入收容空间100用以固定相机模组3的第三弹性臂1041,连接基部1040和第三弹性臂1041的弯曲连接部1042,以及自第三弹性臂1041向下突设一吊钩1043用于固持相机模组3。上述前壁102及左、右壁103、104自其自由端边缘还设有向著远离收容空间100方向延伸的导引斜面106,其便于将相机模组3置于收容空间100中。
弹片11设有与金属壳体10底壁101接触的底部111和自底部110左右两侧向上弯曲延伸的弹性接触部112构成,该弹性接触部112相对于底部111对称,当弹性接触部112在受到相机模组3对其过大的压力时,可收容在金属壳体11底壁101上的通槽1010中,以防止弹性接触部112受损。底部111的中央位置设置至少一个凸点113,当弹片10受到相机模组3过大的压力时弹性接触部112不至于过压而丧失弹性。底部110的后端对应所述孔设有突起115,通过将突起115设于所述通孔105内,而在底部110的前端对应所述固持部1011设有向金属壳体10下方弯折的固持臂114,该固持臂114通过所述前壁102的开口1021向下卡持在所述固持部1011的切口1012内,以将弹片11定位于金属壳体10上。
柔性电路板2包括第一端部21和第二端部22。其中第一端部21置于收容空间100中,其上下表面分别与相机模组3和弹片11的弹性接触部112抵接,第二端部22则通过金属壳体10前壁102上的开口1021导出,以与置于收容空间100外部的电路板导通。
相机模组3的左、右表面31各设有向外延伸的凸台310,在该凸台310的上方设有凹槽311以与金属壳体10的左右壁104的吊钩1043相卡勾,当相机模组3安装于金属壳体10的收容空间100后,该凸台310卡于金属壳体10的第三弹性臂1041以防止相机模组3左右摇摆以及滑脱于金属壳体10。相机模组3前表面32还设有凸条320,该凸条320可收容在金属壳体10的开口1021以定位该相机模组3,达到防呆的作用。
组装时,将弹片11、柔性电路板2、相机模组3依次沿所述导引斜面106置入金属壳体10的收容空间100中,而延伸入收容空间100的第一弹性臂1020、第二弹性臂1030及第三弹性臂1041因受到相机模组3的挤压而发生弹性变形并抵靠于相机模组3的表面,此时,相机模组3的凸条320对应所述前壁102的开口1021下压,当相机模组3完全装入收容空间100内时,第一弹性臂1020和第二弹性臂1030抵靠于相机模组3的表面以防止相机模组3前后偏摆,第三弹性臂1041卡在相机模组3的凸起310上以防止相机模组3向上移动,设于第三弹性臂1041上的吊钩1043将卡勾于所述凸起310的凹槽311中以防止相机模组3左右偏摆,并防止由于第三弹性臂1041弹性的减弱而导致相机模组3滑脱出金属壳体10,相机模组3前表面32上的凸条320置于金属壳体10前壁102上的开口1021中以定位相机模组3,柔性电路板2第一端部21上下表面分别抵接着相机模组3和弹片11,弹片11底部110固定抵接着金属壳体10底壁101。在将相机模组3置于收容空间100时,往往会对相机模组3用力过大,从而使弹片11随着柔性电路板2一起下移,然其仅只能移动到柔性电路板2与弹片11底部111的凸点113接触的位置,这样,就减小了弹性接触部112下降的高度,防止由于过压而使弹性接触部112向上的弹性接触力,从而实现弹片11、相机模组3及柔性电路板2之间紧密的电性连接。

Claims (7)

1.一种电连接器,其包括:设有收容空间的金属壳体、容置于收容空间中的弹片及相机模组,其中,金属壳体设有底壁,自底壁的边缘向上延伸弯折形成前壁、后壁及左右壁围成所述收容空间,其特征在于:所述左、右壁分别设有向下吊钩,而相机模组上对应该吊钩位置设有凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述左、右壁上设有基部,自基部延伸弯折形成弹性臂,所述吊钩垂设于弹性臂并卡勾于所述凹槽内以防止相机模组左右偏摆及向上滑脱出金属壳体。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述相机模组对应所述弹性臂设有凸台,所述凹槽设于凸台上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述前壁设有开口。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述相机模组对应所述开口设有凸条,该凸条置于所述开口中以定位相机模组。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体的底壁设有固持部。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述弹片设有弯曲固持臂,该固持臂卡持于所述固持部以定位弹片。
