Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置,旨在提供一种结构简单,使用方便可靠的墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置。它包括安装在墨盒体侧面,与打印机定位槽相对,并插入到定位槽内,起到固定墨盒作用的定位舌,其特征是定位舌与杠杆的一端相连,杠杆与墨盒体分别制造,安装在墨盒体的侧面与墨盒体连接,定位舌相对墨盒体侧面有伸缩。该实用新型定位舌与墨盒体分别制造后安装,定位舌相对墨盒侧面有伸缩,可以根据使用要求合理用材,同时定位舌有伸缩的功能,可减少在生产、运输和使用中定位舌损坏的现象,对于不同位置的定位舌,只要改变带定位舌的杠杆,墨盒体可以制成通用,方便生产和管理。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及喷墨打印机用的墨盒,尤其涉及一种墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置。
背景技术
为了将墨盒固定在打印机上,一般在打印机上制有定位槽,在与定位槽相对的墨盒上制有突出墨盒侧面并与墨盒体制成一体的定位舌,用定位舌插入到定位槽内,起到固定墨盒的作用,由于定位舌外露在墨盒侧面,在工作和装配中又要承受一定的外力,因此,墨盒在使用中有发生定位舌损坏的现象,为此一些厂商将墨盒体也选用好的材料来制造,以提高定位舌与墨盒体的连接强度,使得成本提高。另外,各种打印机定位槽的高低位置各不相同,墨盒由于定位舌位置的不相同派生出多种型号,这给厂商的生产和管理带来诸多便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种结构简单,使用方便可靠的墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:包括安装在墨盒体侧面,与打印机定位槽相对,并插入到定位槽内,起到固定墨盒作用的定位舌,其特征是定位舌与杠杆的一端相连,杠杆与墨盒体分别制造,安装在墨盒体的侧面与墨盒体连接,定位舌相对墨盒体侧面有伸缩。
按照上述方案制造的墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置,定位舌与墨盒体分别制造后安装,定位舌相对墨盒侧面有伸缩,可以根据使用要求合理用材,同时定位舌有伸缩的功能,可减少在生产、运输和使用中定位舌损坏的现象,对于不同位置的定位舌,只要改变带定位舌的杠杆,墨盒体可以制成通用,方便生产和管理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1是杠杆与墨盒体采用销轴式连接的结构示意图。它在墨盒体1侧面,制有开口槽2,开口槽2内通过销轴3安装有杠杆4如图2所示,杠杆4的一端制有定位舌5,与打印机定位槽相对,并插入到定位槽内,杠杆4与墨盒体1分别制造,安装在墨盒体1的侧面与墨盒体1连接,定位舌5相对墨盒体1侧面有伸缩,起到固定墨盒的作用。杠杆4的另一端制有搭钩6,搭扣在墨盒体1上,形成杠杆4的定位装置。杠杆4上还可制有与墨盒体1进气孔7相对的气孔封膜戳破针8,使用安装时气孔封膜戳破针8正好戳破墨盒体1进气孔7口的封膜9,使空气进入墨盒体1内供墨顺畅如图3所示。
除了采用销轴3将杠杆4与墨盒体1连接外,也可以在杠杆4上制有叉口10如图4所示,墨盒体1上直接制有轴11,采用叉接式连接如图5所示,或在杠杆4上制有轴,墨盒体1上制有叉口的方式来连接。

Claims (6)

1.墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置,包括安装在墨盒体侧面,与打印机定位槽相对,并插入到定位槽内,起到固定墨盒作用的定位舌,其特征是定位舌与杠杆的一端相连,杠杆与墨盒体分别制造,安装在墨盒体的侧面与墨盒体连接,定位舌相对墨盒体侧面有伸缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置,其特征在于与定位舌相对杠杆的另一端制有杠杆的定位装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置,其特征在于所述的杠杆上制有与墨盒体进气孔相对的气孔封膜戳破针。
4.根据权利要求1所述的墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置,其特征在于所述的杠杆与墨盒体采用叉接式连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置,其特征在于所述的杠杆与墨盒体采用销轴式连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的墨盒杠杆式伸缩定位装置,其特征在于所述的定位装置为搭钩式定位装置。
