Abstract

背景技术
建筑装饰上常利用装饰板来进行装饰。常用的蜂窝铝板是在面板和底板之间夹蜂窝状的芯板。芯板由中空的柱体构成，柱体平行面板的剖面成正六边形，中央为空心，柱体沿面板和底板方向伸展。这种装饰板的主要不足是成本高，隔热隔音性能不好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足，提供一种成本低的复合装饰板。
为解决上速的技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
铝质瓦楞金属复合板，由面板2、底板4、芯板3构成。芯板3成瓦楞形状，被粘合在面板2和底板4之间，面板2、底板4、芯板3均是铝质的。
更进一步的技术方案是面板2的表面涂有氟碳涂层1。
更进一步的技术方案是面板2的厚度为0.8T到1.0T。
更进一步的技术方案是底板4的表面涂有氟碳涂层5。
更进一步的技术方案是底板4的厚度为0.4T到0.5T。
更进一步的技术方案是芯板3厚度为0.3T。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是平整性好，经久耐用，强度高，成本低，隔热、隔音性能好。

如图1所示，铝质瓦楞金属复合板，由面板2、底板4、芯板3构成。芯板3成瓦楞形状，被粘合在面板2和底板4之间，面板2、底板4、芯板3均是铝质的。芯板3成瓦楞形状，弧形增加了面板2和底板4之间的强度。芯板3将面板2和底板4分隔成两个腔，增强了隔热隔音的作用。

1.一种铝质瓦楞金属复合板，由面板(2)、底板(4)、芯板(3)构成，其特征在于芯板(3)成瓦楞形状，被粘合在面板(2)和底板(4)之间，面板(2)、底板(4)、芯板(3)均是铝质的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝质瓦楞金属复合板，其特征在于所述的面板(2)的表面涂有氟碳涂层(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铝质瓦楞金属复合板，其特征在于所述的面板(2)的厚度为0.8T到1.0T。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝质瓦楞金属复合板，其特征在于所述的底板(4)的表面涂有氟碳涂层(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的铝质瓦楞金属复合板，其特征在于所述的底板(4)的厚度为0.4T到0.5T。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铝质瓦楞金属复合板，其特征在于所述的芯板(3)厚度为0.3T。
