Background
In communication systems, a large number of devices are often used, and are usually mounted directly on a standard or custom cabinet via a slide assembly. If the server host is usually directly installed on the server cabinet through the sliding rail assembly, when the server host needs maintenance, the on-line maintenance of the server host can be met through the extension and contraction of the sliding rail assembly.

The slide rail assembly or the chassis of the device cannot be designed in a standardized manner, which increases the design and manufacturing costs of the device. Moreover, since the side wall of the cabinet is usually a non-stressed component, and the outer rail of the sliding rail assembly is directly mounted on the side wall of the cabinet, the sliding rail assembly is easily deformed, and the load-bearing capacity of the sliding rail assembly is deteriorated.

The positioning block 12 in this example is square, and the column mounting hole 8 of the column is also a square hole. It is not excluded, however, that the positioning block 12 has other shapes, such as circular; it is not excluded that the post mounting hole 8 is other shapes such as a circular hole. Even the positioning block 12 is square and the upright post mounting hole 8 is a round hole, or the positioning block 12 is round and the upright post mounting hole 8 is a square hole, which are all protection ranges of the patent. The positioning mode realizes the support of the tray 1, can prevent the tray 1 from inclining or deviating and deforming, and improves the reliability and the bearing capacity of the tray 1 and the sliding rail component.
Secondly, the threaded connection is screw connection, the column mounting hole 8 is a threaded hole, and a screw passes through the front connecting hole 23 or the rear connecting hole 24 and is screwed into the column mounting hole 8 to realize connection. According to the scheme, a nut or a strip-shaped nut block 10 is not needed, the structure is simple, and only the threaded hole is formed in the column mounting hole 8, so that the column mounting hole is not suitable for large-batch standardized production, and the advantages of the column mounting hole can be better embodied in small-batch nonstandard production.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11 of the embodiment of the present invention, an instrument mounting bent plate 14 is mounted on the tray 1, and an instrument mounting hole 16 is formed in the instrument mounting bent plate 14 for mounting an instrument device 15. During operation, the tray 1 and the instrument equipment 15 are pushed into the cabinet 6, and when maintenance is needed, the tray 1 and the instrument equipment 15 are pulled out, so that online maintenance is realized. Because the installation position of the instrument installation bent plate 14 on the tray 1 can be designed according to the installation requirement of the instrument equipment 15, the problem of installation standardization of different types of instrument equipment in the cabinet is solved.
