背景技术
目前，太阳能热水器的水箱与集热管连接的孔是在箱体底面上的圆孔及其拉伸的内边构成。其缺点是这种结构的连接孔与集热管连接时在它们之间设置的橡胶密封圈受力不均匀，特别是在内边的边沿部分的橡胶密封圈容易损坏，使其使用寿命减短。中国实用新型00251344.7提出在内边的端沿上设置向圆孔外围翻起的翻边，其优点是：集热管与水箱连接孔连接时，使两者之间设置的橡胶密封圈受力均匀；缺点是：进行生产时，必须先将橡胶密封圈逐个装至水箱连接孔处，生产完成后再将橡胶密封圈逐个取出，生产流程复杂，不适合大规模生产。
针对上述技术方案的缺点，本实用新型提出一种适合于大规模生产太阳能热水器水箱的集热管连接孔。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种适合于大规模生产太阳能热水器水箱的集热管连接孔。
本实用新型提出的一种太阳能热水器水箱的集热管连接孔，由在箱体底面上的圆孔及其拉伸的内孔翻边构成，其特征在于圆孔拉伸的内孔翻边为球面。
发泡生产时，所述圆孔及其拉伸的内孔翻边与发泡塞之间设有橡胶密封圈，橡胶密封圈装配在发泡塞上，发泡塞偏心以后仍然可以保证所述球面的密封，发泡完成后，可将发泡塞连同橡胶密封圈一起拔出，有效地简化了太阳能热水器的生产工艺，提高了生产效率，降低了成本，适合于太阳能热水器的大规模生产。
本实用新型提出的方案也适合于生产太阳能热水器用联接器。
本实用新型的效果在于：使太阳能热水器水箱生产效率高，生产工艺简单，适合于大规模连续生产。

具体实施方式
参照图1，太阳能热水器水箱外壳5的集热管连接孔由圆孔1及其拉伸的内孔翻边4构成，所述内孔翻边4为球面。当进行发泡生产时，水箱内胆6上的孔与水箱外壳上的圆孔1难以保证同心，总存在一定偏差。工作时，只要偏转一角度就可以将发泡塞3同时插入水箱内胆6上的孔和水箱外壳5上的圆孔1，由于内孔翻边2为球面，发泡塞3上相应的密封圈2也是球面，所以发泡塞3偏转一角度也不影响发泡密封。
