本实用新型涉及燃器具领域,特别是一种适用于厨房或取暖用的燃气炉具上的节能燃气灶炉头。
背景技术
近年来随着社会、经济的发展,天然气、液化气、沼气的应用越来越广泛,燃气灶是常用到的器具,目前的燃气灶为金属炉头燃气灶,使用时利用炉头喷出燃烧的明火进行加热,这种方式热力不集中,故造成加热速度慢及浪费燃气资源的影响,同时火焰容易受到外界风力的影响,容易熄灭带来安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于公开一种结构简单,燃气均匀分布、充分燃烧,以红外线热辐射方式进行燃烧且热力集中的节能燃气灶炉头。
为能达到上述发明目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种节能燃气灶炉头,由包括有炉头、进气口、进气管铸为一体构成,炉头是上端开口的圆筒状空腔,其下端一侧开有通气孔,与通气孔连接进气管的一端,进气管的另一端与进气口连接,炉头下端设有固定炉头的固定椎,在炉头上端开口处设有台阶,与炉头开口形状匹配的带密集燃气小孔的陶瓷板火盖置于台阶上;炉头上与进气管的连接处设有反射斜坡的,进气管的开口正对反射斜坡。
所述的反射斜坡与水平面夹角呈70°;反射斜坡下窄上宽,下窄的宽度与进气管管口宽度相同,上宽的宽度与炉头空腔的内经宽度相同。
使用时燃气从进气口进入,经过进气管及70°的反射斜坡,使燃气通过反射斜坡时被撞击扩散,同时配合空气稀释后向上喷出燃烧,使燃烧非常均匀充分。同时由于火盖采用陶瓷板制成,陶瓷板火盖随着燃烧通红发亮,提高热辐射和光辐射的热能量,从而提高了火焰温度,缩短加热时间,节约燃气资源;火盖可双面使用并可取下,便于清洁和更换,采用陶瓷板节约了大量的铜铁等金属材料,降低成本。本实用新型的结构简单,燃烧效果好,火苗矮、火力大、均匀集中聚积在锅底,不易熄灭。

如图1、2所示,一种节能燃气灶炉头,由包括有炉头1、进气口2、进气管3铸为一体构成,炉头1是上端开口的圆筒状空腔,其下端一侧开有通气孔,与通气孔连接进气管3的一端,进气管3的另一端与进气口2连接,炉头1下端设有固定炉头1的固定椎5,在炉头1上端开口处设有台阶1.1,与炉头1开口形状匹配的带密集燃气小孔的陶瓷板火盖6置于台阶1.1上;炉头1上与进气管3的连接处设有反射斜坡4的,进气管3的开口正对反射斜坡4。反射斜坡4与水平面夹角呈70°。反射斜坡4下窄上宽,下窄的宽度与进气管3管口宽度相同,上宽的宽度与炉头1空腔的内经宽度相同。

1.一种节能燃气灶炉头,由包括有炉头(1)、进气口(2)、进气管(3)铸为一体构成,炉头(1)是上端开口的圆筒状空腔,其下端一侧开有通气孔,与通气孔连接进气管(3)的一端,进气管(3)的另一端与进气口(2)连接,其特征在于:在炉头(1)上端开口处设有台阶(1.1),与炉头(1)开口形状匹配的带密集燃气小孔的陶瓷板火盖(6)置于台阶(1.1)上;炉头(1)上与进气管(3)的连接处设有反射斜坡(4)的,进气管(3)的开口正对反射斜坡(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能燃气灶炉头,其特征在于:反射斜坡(4)与水平面夹角呈70°。
3.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的节能燃气灶炉头,其特征在于:反射斜坡(4)下窄上宽,下窄的宽度与进气管(3)管口宽度相同,上宽的宽度与炉头(1)空腔的内经宽度相同。
