Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种竹地板。这种竹地板，包括用纯竹片制成的基层，该基层的表面贴有木皮层，并且基层与木皮层之间设有纤维质热层。纤维质热层通过粘胶层贴于基层表面，而木皮层通过粘胶层贴于纤维质热层表面。本实用新型有益的效果是：1)本实用新型的竹地板既能达到提高档次、模仿珍贵木材、保护基材、增强基材强度的效果，与传统木地板相比较又有降低成本、提高生产效率的优势。2)纤维质热层能起到缓冲作用，同时也能防止木皮开裂。3)双面贴层使两面所产生的收缩应力达到平衡，部件不会变形。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种地板，尤其是一种竹地板。
背景技术
众所周知，传统的木地板主要以锯材(天然实木)为原料。但是，目前珍贵树种、优等木材越来越少，如选择优等、珍贵木材制造地板，必然会使地板的价格非常昂贵。而竹地板虽然价格便宜、成本低，但是其表面粗糙不平、强度差、档次低。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种在竹片基层表面贴有木皮层的竹地板，达到既能提高档次、模仿珍贵木材、保护基材、增强基材强度，又能降低成本、提高生产效率的效果。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案：这种竹地板，包括用纯竹片制成的基层，该基层的表面贴有木皮层，并且基层与木皮层之间设有纤维质热层。竹制地板如果不事先进行处理，基材表面比较粗糙，且厚度公差比较大，普通贴薄木皮容易出现受压不均匀，局部胶合不牢等现象，纤维质热层能起到缓冲作用，同时也能防止木皮开裂。
本实用新型可通过下述方式进一步完善：
纤维质热层通过粘胶层贴于基层表面，而木皮层通过粘胶层贴于纤维质热层表面。粘胶层采用的是双面贴层。双面贴层使两面所产生的收缩应力达到平衡，部件和会变形。
本实用新型有益的效果是：1)本实用新型的竹地板既能达到提高档次、模仿珍贵木材、保护基材、增强基材强度的效果，与传统木地板相比较又有降低成本、提高生产效率的优势。2)纤维质热层能起到缓冲作用，同时也能防止木皮开裂。3)双面贴层使两面所产生的收缩应力达到平衡，部件不会变形。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
参照附图：这种竹地板，包括用纯竹片制成的基层1，该基层1的表面贴有木皮层4，并且基层1与木皮层4之间设有纤维质热层3。所述纤维质热层3通过粘胶层2贴于基层1表面，而所述木皮层4通过粘胶层2贴于纤维质热层3表面。粘胶层2采用的是双面贴层。
木皮层4根据情况也可以用另外的材质代替，比如可以贴装饰纸、贴浸渍纸、贴装饰层积板、贴PVC、贴金属片、贴布、贴皮革、贴转印膜等。
竹地板贴木皮技术是适合各种档次地板的装饰。贴木零件表面贴木皮技术也因本发明而发生很大的变化，如木皮的厚度由1mm变到0.2mm，甚至更薄。平面零件贴木皮的厚度变薄带来的就是一系列技术进步。
竹制地板是含有艺术性质的工业产品，其装饰性是不可缺少的，因此需要有各种造型的变化，贴面技术也同样能够实现这一变化。
Claims (3)
1.一种竹地板，包括用纯竹片制成的基层(1)，其特征是：该基层(1)的表面贴有木皮层(4)，并且基层(1)与木皮层(4)之间设有纤维质热层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹地板，其特征是：所述纤维质热层(3)通过粘胶层(2)贴于基层(1)表面，而所述木皮层(4)通过粘胶层(2)贴于纤维质热层(3)表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的竹地板，其特征是：所述粘胶层(2)采用的是双面贴层。
