As shown in fig. 1, the cannula connector 30 includes a screw connection portion 31 and a plug tube 32, the screw connection portion 31 is a cylinder matched with the diameter of the inner cavity of the screw gland 20, an external thread matched with the internal thread of the screw gland 20 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the screw connection portion 31, and if a screw gland with a bayonet structure is correspondingly provided, a bayonet structure is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the screw connection portion 31. A through hole 33 is provided in the screw portion 31 in the axial direction, an insertion tube 32 is integrally extended on the end face of the screw portion 31, and the tube mouth is penetrated through the through hole 33 of the screw portion 31.
As shown in fig. 2, the nipple head 10 is sleeved with the screw cap 20, the upper bottom surface of the flange 11 at the lower part of the nipple head 10 abuts against the inner side of the cap bottom 21 of the screw cap 20, the screw part 31 of the cannula connector 30 is screwed with the screw cap 20, and the upper end surface of the screw part 31 abuts against the lower bottom surface of the flange 11 of the nipple head 10 to form a sealing structure.
As shown in figure 4, when the milk product is packed in the paper box, the beverage in the box can be drunk through the nipple by inserting the lower end of the insertion tube 32 of the nipple into the drinking hole which is closed by the plastic film on the paper box 40, as in the prior art with a straw. When the insertion tube 32 is inserted into the carton 40, the screw cap 20 and/or the lower end surface of the tube connector 30 abut against the upper end surface of the carton 40, so that the tube connector 30 does not shake in the drinking hole as in a conventional straw, the insertion hole of the carton is not substantially deformed, the insertion tube is sealed by the packing material around the tube connector, and thus, even if the carton is laid down or inverted, liquid does not leak out.
In order to drink the beverage completely, the insertion tube 32 may be provided with a liquid inlet hole 321 (as shown in fig. 3 and 3a) at least near the root.
In order to make the sealing effect better and to make it easier to insert the insertion tube smoothly into the outlet opening of the package, the insertion tube can be made as a conical tube with a smaller outer port, as shown in fig. 3.
As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting body 50 is a single body and has a through hole 51, and the insertion pipe portion 52 is a tapered pipe having an inlet hole 521. Nipple 10 may be secured thereto, for example, by an adhesive, or may be fitted over the side wall of the end opposite the insertion tube.
The plug-in pipe integrally extended on the end face of the screw-connection part is preferably further provided with an external thread (as shown in fig. 3 a). The nipple structure is rotatably inserted when inserted over a drinking aperture of a beverage container, particularly a carton. The screw thread on the nipple can form a screw connection structure with the hole wall, so that the connection strength and the sealing performance of the nipple and a packing material are improved.
As shown in fig. 3a, a thread 501 is provided at the root of the insertion tube 502 of the connector 500, the insertion tube is a tapered tube, and the diameter of the thread should be larger than the diameter of any part of the tapered tube. The upper part of the taper pipe is provided with a liquid inlet 512. The inlet holes 512 may also be partially provided on the pipe section having the screw thread.
As shown in FIG. 5, the nipple and connector attachment member may also be a unitary structure 60.
For ease of insertion, the end face of the outer port of the bayonet tube is bevelled (see figure 5).
For the nipple needing disposable use, a barb reverse clip 71 can be arranged on the outer wall of the insertion tube 70, as shown in fig. 6. The barb counter-catch 71 is connected by its root to the lower part of the plug tube 70, its free end extending obliquely upwards and outwards. When the nipple is used, the barb reverse clamp 71 is closed when the insertion tube 70 of the nipple is inserted into a beverage package, the insertion is smooth, and the insertion tube stretches after passing through a drinking hole. When the nipple is drawn out from the packing material, the barb is forked, so that the nipple is not easy to pull out. The nipple with the barb has the function of being not easy to draw out, so that the nipple head is not easy to drop out when a baby holds the beverage package to drink the beverage and pulls the beverage. The bayonet tube of each of the illustrated embodiments may be provided with a barb reverse clip.
As shown in fig. 7, a beverage package bottle 80 is provided, which includes a nipple 801 made of flexible material, the nipple 801 is provided with a connecting member, the connecting member is a screw cap 802, which has a cap bottom and a side wall, the cap bottom is provided with a hole 803 for the nipple 801 to extend out, the inner side wall of the side wall is provided with a connecting structure, i.e. a screw thread, which is screwed with the screw thread on the bottle mouth of the package bottle, when the screw cap 802 is screwed on the liquid outlet 81 of the package bottle 80, the flange of the nipple 801 is pressed between the edge of the bottle mouth and the cap bottom of the screw cap 802, and the bottle mouth is sealed.
The utility model also comprises a cover which is a screw cap 804, which has a closed cap bottom and a side wall, the side wall is provided with internal threads, correspondingly, the side wall of the screw gland 802 is also provided with external threads, so that the screw cap 804 is screwed and fixed on the screw gland 802 to cover the nipple 801.
The covering may also simply be a sealing cover paper that sealingly covers the screw gland 802 and is removed to expose the nipple.
A drawing structure is arranged between the upper end of the sucking head on the upper part of the nipple head and the covering.
A pulling rod 805 is arranged on a screw cap 804, the end of the rod is inserted into a sucking hole of a nipple, and a pulling block 806 is arranged at the end of the rod and is larger than the sucking hole in size. When the nipple 801 is covered by the covering, the nipple is trapped in the package (see fig. 7), when the screw cap 804 is rotated, the nipple can be pulled out by the pulling structure (see fig. 8a), and because the nipple is made of elastic material, the pulling rod and the pulling block thereon can be pulled off together with the screw cap for use (see fig. 8 b). This arrangement ensures that the nipple head is pulled out when the cover is opened, without having to pull the nipple head by hand. Avoiding pollution to the nipple head.
