多股射流配气生物质流化床气化炉
技术领域
本实用新型涉及生物质气化设备,更具体地说是一种生物质流化床气化炉。
背景技术
利用低热值的农作物秸杆、林业废弃物等生物质,在气化炉内通过热物理变化和化学反应,产生一氧化碳、氢气、甲烷等可燃气体,供燃烧供热或作为化工合成原料气,符合我国的能源及环保政策。目前,市场上的生物质流化床气化炉均从传统的流化床演化而来,采用布风板,但布风板的设置给操作带来了很多问题,比如操作温度必须低于灰熔点50-100度,否则易造成布风板堵塞,破坏流太化,而且布风板清理困难。
发明内容
本实用新型是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种多股射流配气生物质流化床气化炉。以多股侧进和中心喷射结构取代布风板,以提高操作温度、提高炭转化率,降低燃气中的焦油含量。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案。
本实用新型采用立式炉体,立式炉体自下而上依次为沉渣段、水封段、配气段、进料段、渐扩段以及上直段。
本实用新型的结构特点是配气段设置为小口在上、大口在下的倒置的喇叭口段,配气口均匀分布在其侧壁上,另有喷射管贯穿炉体侧壁,其喷射管口处在配气段的中心位置上,形成气化剂的多股侧进和中心喷射结构。
本实用新型的结构特点也在于在配气段的侧壁中,设置环形气流夹套,配气口均匀分布在环形气流夹套的内侧壁上。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
1、本实用新型设置多股侧进和中心喷射结构,不再需要布风板,避免了因使用布风板所带来的难以清理等相关问题。
2、本实用新型采用多股侧进和中心喷射的方式,可以保证进气均匀。
3、本实用新型设置倒置的喇叭口和水封,可以有效避免挂渣积渣,减小了设备维护的工作量,保证风口畅通。

具体实施方式
参见附图,采用立式炉体,立式炉体自下而上依次为沉渣段1、水封段2、配气段3、进料段4、渐扩段5以及上直段6,排气口10设置在上直段6的顶部。
如图所示,在炉体的底部、位于沉渣段1上,设置螺旋出渣机构8,在位于进料段4上,设置螺旋推进进料机构9,渐扩段5底口小、上口大,通过设置螺旋出渣机构8和螺旋推进送料机构9,实现连续不间断生产。
本实施例中,将配气段3设置为小口在上、大口在下的倒置的喇叭口段,配气口均匀分布在其侧壁上,另有喷射管7贯穿炉体侧壁,其喷射管口处在配气段3的中心位置上,这种结构形式形成了气化剂的多股侧进和中心喷射结构,不再需要设置布风板。
具体实施中,在配气段3的侧壁中,设置环形气流夹套11,配气口均匀分布在环形气流夹套11的内侧壁上。
低热值农作物如秸杆、林业废弃物等生物质由螺旋推进送料机构9送入炉体内,气化剂通过多股侧进和中心喷射送入炉内,气化剂与生物质在进料段位置混合后,呈喷流状态进入渐扩段中,在渐扩段内扩散呈流态化发生气化反应,产生一氧化碳、氢气、甲烷等可燃气,并进一步上升在上直段中完成气固分离,一部分炭灰随可燃气在排气口10中排出,并可进一步通过旋风分离器进行分离,大块灰渣直接落下,并在炉体底部沉渣段中经螺旋出渣机构8排出,水封的设置也使落下的灰渣得以降温。

1、多股射流配气生物质流化床气化炉,采用立式炉体,立式炉体自下而上依次为沉渣段(1)、水封段(2)、配气段(3)、进料段(4)、渐扩段(5)以及上直段(6),其特征是所述配气段(3)设置为小口在上、大口在下的倒置的喇叭口段,配气口均匀分布在其侧壁上,另有喷射管(7)贯穿炉体侧壁,其喷射管口处在配气段(3)的中心位置上,形成气化剂的多股侧进和中心喷射结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多股射流配气生物质流化床气化炉,其特征是在所述配气段(3)的侧壁中,设置环形气流夹套(11),配气口均匀分布在环形气流夹套(11)的内侧壁上。
