本实用新型属于矿山机械设备制造的技术领域,具体涉及一种铸钢带筋方托盘,适应于矿山井下巷道支护。
背景技术:
就发明人所知,目前煤矿井下巷道支护,大都采用钢筋纲带小面积托板支护,虽然使用钢筋纲带重量轻,加工简单,但钢度很小,有效支护面积小,对矿井顶板支护效果较差,也有使用有型钢带支护增加了钢度和抗弯性,但其锚杆周围的支护面积小,特别是在矿井顶板压力大时,容易导致支护失败,引起矿井顶板冒落,严重时,会出现矿井冒顶事故发生,很难适应矿井大断面,大跨度的采空巷道的安全支护。
发明内容;
本实用新型的目的是针对以上不足,提供的一种适应于矿山井下巷道支护,抗弯性能好,支护面积大,安全性能好的铸钢带筋方托盘。
本实用新型是这样实现的,所述的铸钢带筋方托盘其结构是,由铸钢带筋方托盘(1)与锚杆(2)以及螺母(3)组成,其特征在于铸钢带筋方托盘(1)中间设置一锚杆孔(6),在锚杆孔(6)的两端各对称设置一个凹槽(4),铸钢带筋方托盘(1)的两端头设置有凸沿(5)。其工作原理是在需要支护的矿井顶板处打眼,将锚杆(2)穿入矿井顶板眼内固定,在将铸钢带筋方托盘(1)设置有凹槽(4)与凸沿(5)的一方向上,通过钢带筋方托盘(1)上设置的锚杆孔(6),将铸钢带筋方托盘(1)顺锚杆(2)上推至矿井顶板并与其贴紧,再用螺母(3)在铸钢带筋方托盘(1)后的锚杆(2)露头处将其紧固。
采用本实用新型的铸钢带筋方托盘的优点是,一是提高了在矿井顶板压力特别大的顶板锚固中,支护铸钢带筋方托盘的抗弯强度;二是增加了支护面积;三是可防止支护件分裂,保证了支护件的卸压空间,提高矿井顶板支护的承载能力;四是减轻劳动强度,节省了原材料,降低了企业成本,增加了经济效益。
