Abstract

(1)技术领域
本实用新型是有关一种应用于婴儿车与高脚椅等儿童座椅上的扣具。
(2)背景技术
市面上经有诸多的现有扣具行销，在这类现有技术中，有的利用按钮向下压按公扣(腰扣)，使公扣(腰扣)下移离开与母扣卡合位置后释锁，如美国第6711790号专利案所揭示；而有的现有技术是利用按钮上之斜面，推动公扣(腰扣)斜面弹出公扣，以达到释锁的目的，如美国第5709014及6543101号专利案所揭示者。
现有技术中，其按钮的复位方式是利用公扣舌片插入(参见美国第20050125970号专利申请案)、利用弹簧、利用按钮本身具有弹性支脚(如美国第6543101号专利案)、利用按钮一体形成于母扣本体壳上(如美国第5659931号专利案)，或是利用按钮弹性支脚与母扣一体成型(如美国第6170133号专利案)等。
然而上述现有技术通常面临可靠度及操作方便性的问题，且制造成本昂贵。
(3)实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点，从而提供一种增强可靠度和方便性的扣具。
依据本实用新型的扣具包括第一及第二腰带调整装置、第一及第二腰带扣、第一及第二臂带扣、扣件本体及按钮。各腰带扣在底部具有连接部，连接部延伸出适于插入扣件本体内的第一及第二卡合臂。此外，各腰带扣在介于第一及第二卡合臂之间，由连接部伸出一适于插入扣件本体内的弹性臂。
扣件本体在相对末端具有第一及第二开口。该等开口是相互连通及相互面对的，以便接纳该等腰带扣的该等卡合臂。一按钮由设于扣件本体上部的一孔插入。而扣件本体在其底部具有弹性脚，可使按钮保持弹起状态。
按钮在两侧各具有第一及第二卡合槽，以在该等腰带扣的第一及第二卡合臂经扣件本体的第一及第二开口插入后，可分别接纳第一及第二卡合臂。
按钮在该等卡合槽之间另设有与弹性臂相对应的斜面。当按钮被按压时，该斜面会施力于弹性臂，而协助其弹出。
本实用新型的扣具在公扣(腰扣)的卡合臂中增加一弹性臂，可与按钮的斜面作用而协助弹出；而在按钮复位方面，本实用新型的扣具是将弹性支脚一体形成于母扣上。
本实用新型的扣具独特的利用上述各构件相互间的结构及功能上的配合作动，而提供一种结构简单，在锁定及释锁时可简易且可靠的操作的扣具。

(5)具体实施方式
下文将参考各附图来说明本实用新型的一较佳具体实施例。此实施例的扣具是一种适合充当例如车辆安全带或人类固持具的扣具。如图1及3所示，本实施例的扣具包括第一及第二腰带调整装置60、第一及第二腰带扣10、第一及第二肩带扣70、扣件本体20及按钮30等。
各腰带扣10具有一与该等腰带调整装置60相连接的连接部12，一对位于另一侧、相互面对的卡合臂13由连接部12伸出。各卡合臂13的末端设计成钩部14。各腰带扣10在介于第一及第二卡合臂13之间，由连接部12另伸出一弹性臂15，同样适于插入扣件本体20内。
此外，第一及第二肩带扣70，分别配置于第一腰带扣10与扣件本体20、及第二腰带扣10与扣件本体20之间，用以接纳肩带。各肩带扣70具有一开槽72，可允许腰带扣10的该等卡合臂13及弹性臂15穿过，再插入扣件本体20内。
上述腰带扣10、肩带扣70与扣件本体20相啮合的状态可参见图2而得以更清楚明了。
参见图3，扣件本体20在相对末端具有第一及第二开口(图中仅显示一个)22，相互连通及相互面对以接纳该等腰带扣10的第一及第二卡合臂13，让该等腰带扣10得以插入扣件本体20内。
扣件本体20的上部具有一可容纳按钮30的孔23。扣件本体20在其中央底部具有弹性件24，其功能为使按钮30保持弹起状态。在此实施例中，弹性件24略成Y形，具有二弹性脚，并一体成型于扣件本体20上。
按钮30的细部结构请参见图4及6，其中图4是按钮30的正面视图，而图6显示按钮30与腰带扣10相卡合后的配置图。图6更清楚显示按钮30的底部形状。
按钮30在两侧各具有第一及第二卡合槽32，在该等腰带扣10的第一及第二卡合臂13经扣件本体20的第一及第二开口22插入后，第一及第二卡合槽32可接纳第一及第二卡合臂13。卡合槽32在一侧具有一卡合块34，本实施例虽显示一卡合块，但在其它实施例亦可具有二卡合块。卡合块34一侧在靠近开口22一侧具有导引面。卡合臂13的钩部14也具有对应的导引面，可导引钩部14进入卡合槽32内。卡合槽32适于接纳卡合臂1 3的钩部14。
藉上述配置，卡合槽32藉卡合块34可卡合卡合臂13，而将腰带扣10固持定位，进而达到扣具的锁定功能。
此外，按钮30在第一及第二卡合槽32之间设有斜面35，而斜面35之间设有一凸柱37。凸柱37与扣件本体20的弹性件24相对应。斜面35与弹性臂15相对应。参见图7(沿图2的A-A线截取的剖面图)，当按钮30被按压时，斜面35会施力于弹性臂15，而协助其弹出。凸柱37与弹性件24的作用在于使按钮30复位。
当使用者欲扣合时，使用者可藉将腰带扣10的卡合臂13及弹性臂15穿过肩带扣70的开槽72，以经扣件本体20开口22插入扣件本体20内。卡合臂13的钩部14也具有对应的导引面，可导引钩部14进入卡合槽32内。在锁定状态下，按钮30的斜面35与弹性臂15接触或靠近。
当欲释锁时，可按压按钮30，此时由于按钮30下移而令腰带扣10的卡合臂13脱离与按钮30卡合块34的卡合，而倾向于脱离锁定状态。按钮30在受压的同时，按钮30的斜面35即与腰带扣10的弹性臂15相作用，协助将弹性臂15弹出。
藉上述动作的配合，腰带扣10即可轻易的自扣件本体20脱出，而达到扣具释锁的目的。
此外，第一及第二肩带扣70，分别配置于第一腰带扣10与扣件本体20、及第二腰带扣10与扣件本体20之间，用以接纳肩带。各肩带扣70具有一开槽72，可允许腰带扣10的该等卡合臂13及弹性臂15穿过，再插入扣件本体20内。
此外，图8及9分别显示本实用新型腰带扣的另一具体实施例的正及反面。此实施例与前述实施例不同处在于腰带扣10’卡合臂13’的钩部14’位于卡合臂13’的底面。
上述说明仅在揭示本实用新型的原理。此外，由于精于本技艺的人士可针对上文所述之本实用新型实施例作出各种修饰及更变，故本实用新型不应局限于上述实施例所述的实际结构或方法。因此，任何适当的修饰例及等同变更例应视为仍涵盖于本案权利要求所界定的范畴内。

Claims (11)

1.一种扣具，包含：
一第一及第二腰带扣；
一扣件本体；及
一按钮；
其特征在于，各腰带扣具有一连接部供一腰带穿过，一第一及第二卡合臂由该连接部伸出，用以插入至该扣件本体内；
该扣件本体在相对末端具有一第一及第二开口，相互连通及相互面对以接纳该等腰带扣的第一及第二卡合臂；
该扣件本体在其中央上部具有一孔，用以接纳该按钮；
该扣件本体在其中央底部具有一弹性件，用以使该按钮保持弹起状态；
该按钮在两侧各具有一第一及第二卡合槽，以在该等腰带扣的第一及第二卡合臂经该扣件本体的第一及第二开口插入后，接纳第一及第二卡合臂。
2.如权利要求1所述的扣具，其特征在于：各腰带扣在介于该第一及第二卡合臂之间，由该连接部伸出一弹性臂，用以插入至该扣件本体内；及该按钮在该第一及第二卡合槽之间设有与该腰带扣的弹性臂相对应的斜面，当按钮被按压时，其斜面挤压该腰带扣的该弹性臂，而可协助将该腰带扣弹出。
3.如权利要求1所述的扣具，其特征在于：该弹性件是一体成型于该扣件本体上。
4.如权利要求3所述的扣具，其特征在于：该弹性件略成Y形，包含二弹性脚，可与该按钮接触。
5.如权利要求1、2或4所述的扣具，其特征在于：还包含一第一及第二肩带扣，分别配置于该第一腰带扣与该扣件本体、及第二腰带扣与该扣件本体之间，用以接纳该肩带。
6.如权利要求2或4所述的扣具，其特征在于：该第一及第二卡合臂在末端分别形成一第一及第二钩部，用以分别被该按钮的第一及第二卡合槽所接纳。
7.如权利要求2或4所述的扣具，其特征在于：在该第一及第二卡合臂在底面分别形成一第一及第二钩部。
8.如权利要求6所述的扣具，其特征在于：该等卡合槽一侧各设有一卡合块，可卡合该等腰带扣的卡合臂，而将该等腰带扣固持定位在该扣件本体内。
9.如权利要求7所述的扣具，其特征在于：该等卡合槽一侧各设有一卡合块，可卡合该等腰带扣的卡合臂，而将该等腰带扣固持定位在该扣件本体内。
10.如权利要求8所述的扣具，其特征在于：该卡合块具有一导引面，以导引该各钩部分别进入该第一及第二卡合槽内。
11.如权利要求9所述的扣具，其特征在于：该卡合块具有一导引面，以导引该各钩部分别进入该第一及第二卡合槽内。
