Abstract

一种便携式色差仪,包括壳体、位于壳体内的光源、传感器、控制电路、数据处理器和设在壳体上的输出单元,其中所述光源为6个LED灯,分为红、白、蓝三种颜色,每种2个,6个LED灯分布在传感器的周围,围成一个圈,等间距摆放,以45°照射物体,各个LED灯发出光线的波段在380nm-780nm之间,与水平线成45°夹角,所有的LED灯同时点亮,或者依次点亮,中间用一个硅光电池做为传感器,所测得的数据显示在LCD显示器上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及测量颜色的检测装置,主要是指一种以发光二极管(LED)为光源的便携式色差仪。
背景技术
现有的色差仪器构造由光源、探测器、数据处理器和输出单元四部分组成,光源基本是由C、D65、A、卤钨灯、氙灯等标准照明体/光源组成。这样的测色仪体积较大,不便于携带;光路和结构比较复杂,对光源的稳定性要求较高,受环境等因素影响严重,不适应在线检测。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便携式色差仪,通过在探测器的周围设置红、白、蓝LED灯,较好地克服了现有色差仪器存在的不足。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是:这种便携式色差仪包括壳体、位于壳体内的光源、传感器、控制电路、数据处理器和设在壳体上的输出单元,其中所述光源为LED灯,其设置在传感器的周围。
该技术方案还包括:
所述LED灯发出的光线与被测物体的垂直夹角α为35-55°。
所述LED灯发出光线的波长在380nm-780nm。
所述LED灯呈圆周均布在传感器的周围。
所述LED灯包括红、白、蓝色各两个。
所述输出单元包括LCD显示器。
本实用新型具有的有益效果:通过在探测器的周围设置LED灯,满足了在线检测要求,具有体积较小,携带方便;光路和结构简单,不受环境等因素的影响,使用方便等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图所示,本色差仪包括壳体,该壳体由底壳1和面壳2组成,底壳1和面壳2扣接在一起,壳体头部外面套装有定位器3,定位器3上有测量孔31,该测量孔31对应传感器17,在壳体内部有线路板12、LED灯板13、电池夹14,其中LED灯板13上有LED灯16、传感器17,线路板12上有控制电路、数据处理器,在面壳2上有LCD显示器5、测试钮4、查看钮6、电源开关7、显示钮8、面镜10,在电池夹14上有电池15,在底壳1上有电池门9,其中LED灯板13安装在壳体的头部,LED灯16为6个,分为红、白、蓝三种颜色,每种2个,6个LED灯16分布在传感器17的周围,围成一个圈,等间距摆放,以45°照射物体18,各个LED灯16发出光线的波段在380nm-780nm之间,与水平线成45°夹角,所有的LED灯同时点亮,或者依次点亮,中间用一个硅光电池做为传感器17,所测得的数据显示在LCD显示器5上。
工作原理
LED灯发出的光照射到物体上,其反射光被传感器获得,得到电信号,并送入单片机(MCU)处理;最后得到的色差值及颜色参数可以在液晶屏(LCD)上显示,也可以通过电脑显示打印。

1.一种便携式色差仪,包括壳体、位于壳体内的光源、传感器、控制电路、数据处理器和设在壳体上的输出单元,其特征是所述光源为LED灯,其设置在传感器的周围。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式色差仪,其特征是所述LED灯发出的光线与被测物体的垂直夹角α为35-55°。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携式色差仪,其特征是所述LED灯发出光线的波长在380nm-780nm。
4.如权利要求1所述的便携式色差仪,其特征是所述LED灯呈圆周均布在传感器的周围。
5.如权利要求1所述的便携式色差仪,其特征是所述LED灯包括红、白、蓝色各两个。
6.如权利要求1所述的便携式色差仪,其特征是所述输出单元包括LCD显示器。
