本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别是一种聚氯乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆。
背景技术:
目前,聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆多敷设在监控回路及保护线路等场合,诸如室内、隧道及管道中,但是该电缆不能承受拉力和机械外力作用,使这些场合的安全存在一定的隐患。
发明内容:
本实用新型的发明目的旨在提供一种既能承受较大机械外力作用、又能承受相当拉力的电力电缆。
实现上述发明目的的技术方案是:
一种聚氯乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆:其包括:至少两根芯线,所述芯线的中央为多股软导体,包围在所述多股软导体外的是聚氯乙烯绝缘层;多根包裹有聚氯乙烯绝缘层的芯线嵌设在填料层中,在填料层外由内向外依次包有耐高温的绕包层、钢丝铠装和外护套。
其中,所述的钢丝铠装为单层细钢丝铠装。
其中,所述绕包层由玻璃纤维绕包带构成。
其中,所述填料层为聚丙乙烯填料层。
其中,所述多股软导体为镀锡铜丝束。
其中,所述外护套为聚氯乙烯护套。
其中,所述芯线为三根。
本实用新型,由于在电缆的最外层的护套内设有一钢带铠装层,从而提高电缆的抗拉能力,并增加了其承受较大机械外力的能力,因此,更适用于工作条件恶劣的环境,确保使用的可靠性和安全性,减少事故隐患。

参见附图1,本实施例中,该电缆包括三根芯线10,每一根芯线10的中央为多股软导体1,多股软导体1为镀锡铜丝束制成,在软导体1外为聚氯乙烯绝缘层2,三根包裹有聚氯乙烯绝缘层2的芯线10嵌设在聚丙乙烯填料层3中,填料层3由聚丙乙烯网状带填充,在填料层3外周围是具有耐高温的绕包层4,耐高温的绕包层4由玻璃纤维绕包带构成,绕包层4外设置了一层钢丝铠装5,钢丝铠装5为单层细钢丝铠装,钢丝铠装5外设了一层外护套6,外护套6为聚氯乙烯外护套。
其中,聚氯乙烯绝缘层2是压塑机连续挤压成型,聚氯乙烯外护套6是压塑机连续挤压成型。本实用新型不仅能承受较大的机械外力,而且能承受相当的拉力,可广泛的敷设在室内、矿井中、管道、直埋等要求承受较大机械外力的固定场合,扩大了电缆的综合利用范围。

1、一种具有聚氯乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于:其包括至少两根芯线,所述芯线中央为多股软导体,包围在软导体外为聚氯乙烯绝缘层;多根包裹有聚氯乙烯绝缘层的芯线嵌设在填料层中,在填料层外周围是具有耐高温的绕包层,绕包层外设置了一层钢丝铠装,在钢丝铠装外加设了一层外护套。
2、根据权利要求1所述具有聚氯乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的钢丝铠装为单层细钢丝铠装。
3、根据权利要求1所述具有聚氯乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于,所述绕包层由玻璃纤维绕包带构成。
4、根据权利要求1所述具有聚氯乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于,所述填料层为聚丙乙烯填料层。
5、根据权利要求1所述具有聚氯乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于,所述多股软导体为镀锡铜丝束。
