本实用新型涉及一种吹风机结构改良,特别是指一种易于装配的吹风机结构,其包括壳体,在壳体之内具有:马达(2)、与马达(2)连接的风扇(3)、电热组件(4)、多段开关(5)、功能电子组件(6),在所述壳体内还具有一基板,所述的功能电子组件整合在基板之上,该基板还包括:与多段开关(5)连接的快速接头(80),与马达(2)连接的快速接头(81),与电热组件(4)连接的快速接头(82)。本实用新型的优点是:使组合装配当然变得容易、快速而节省时间。

技术领域
本实用新型设计一种吹风机,特别是指吹风机的各功能电子组件都整合在一个电路基板上的模块化结构的崭新设计,具有组配快速、节省装备时间的功效。
背景技术
在每个家庭中吹风机都是不可或缺的小家电,各家电厂商并依消费者的需求,设计生产了多样化的吹风机产品。吹风机或准的专利很多,如2005年02月01日公告的中国台湾实用新型第M256103号「吹风机的降压结构改良」专利,包含有一组由两半角相互对接组成的中空本体,及其内部置装的风扇马达、陶瓷发热体和降压装置等组装构件,其特征在于:发热体一端涂装的导电热膜涂层延伸到外环面适当长度,分设一接点,供接电源线,而于导电涂层延伸的另一端设留另一接点以接出极线到马达的二极管端连接,经由适当长度的导电膜涂层阻抗达到降压操作,使降压装置与吹风机的发热体做同体结构设计,达到供电安全及结构简化的组装使用目的。2004年09月21日公告的中国台湾实用新型专利第M243986号「吹风机结构改良」专利,由壳体、手把、防护网、多段式开关、风扇、电热装置及高温保护电路组成,其特征在于:吹风机壳体前端设置有防护网,以耐热的透明导光材料制成,在防护网的圆心处设置有LED灯座,用来放置可发出的多种颜色的可变光LED,将此可变光LED与开关电路相连接并设定不同段开关所配合的颜色,而透过防护网发出光线等。由以上常见的吹风机结构可知,常见的吹风机大体上包括有一个具有握把的中空外壳,中空部设置马达、风扇、发热体如电热线或陶瓷发热体等,电热线方式包括支撑电热合金线的云母绝缘片,电热合金线系绕在云母绝缘片上,并在握把上设置多段开关,多段开关的线路连结到马达、发热体,马达并与降压电路连结,并具有为符合家电规范所使用的过载保护、过温保护等功能性电子组件开关电路,而最新的多功能吹风机并增加了负离子尖端放电、高压电容等其它功能性需求的电子组件。常见的吹风机其前述各组件均系利用铆钉、螺丝、焊接等方式组合,具有连结组装配费时费工的缺点。以上即为现行常用技术存在的最大缺陷,是业界急待克服的难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种组装省时省力的吹风机结构。
本实用新型提出的吹风机结构改良,包括壳体,在壳体之内具有:马达、与马达连接的风扇、电热组件、多段开关、功能电子组件,其特征在于:在所述壳体内还具有一基板,所述的功能电子组件整合在基板之上,该基板还包括:与多段开关连接的快速接头,与马达连接的快速接头,与电热组件连接的快速接头。
本实用新型提出的吹风机结构改良,使组合装配当然变得容易、迅速而节省时间,以此达成组配快速节省装配时间。

具体实施方式
本实用新型优选实施例请参阅图1,由图可知本实用新型主要由壳体1、马达2、风扇3、电热组件4、多段开关5及功能电子组件6构成,电热组件4可为电热线或陶瓷发热体等。本实用新型改良的特征在于:该壳体1内具有一基板7,各功能电子组件6整合在基板7上;功能电子组件6如:为符合家电规范所使用的过载包括、过温保护等功能性电子组件开关电路、负离子尖端放电、高压电容等其它功能性需求的电子组件。本实用新型可另具有用于连接外部组件的快速接头,例如连接电源侧多段开关5的快速接头80、连接马达2的快速接头81、连接电热组件4的快速接头82。本实用新型将吹风机各功能电子组件6整合在一个电路基板7上,基板7是能够快速连结各外部组件的快速接头8的模块化结构,组合装配当然变得容易、迅速而节省时间,如此达成组配快速节省装配时间。

1.一种吹风机结构改良,包括壳体,在壳体之内具有:马达(2)、与马达(2)连接的风扇(3)、电热组件(4)、多段开关(5)、功能电子组件(6),其特征在于:在所述壳体内还具有一基板,所述的功能电子组件整合在基板之上,该基板还包括:与多段开关(5)连接的快速接头(80),与马达(2)连接的快速接头(81),与电热组件(4)连接的快速接头(82)。
