食堂用蒸饭炒菜同步进行的节能灶。本实用新型属附有进行各种烹调和有热开水及蒸汽的灶。目的是提供一种用钢板钢管结构制作,能一灶多用,供热开水而效率高能耗低的食堂用蒸饭炒菜同步进行的节能灶。特征是灶体炉膛外周围装有水箱、烟道;水箱顶部开有蒸汽接口,内有热开水交换器,换热管连通炉膛上部的锅圈座和烟道,侧部有冷、热水进出口;还有清污出口、清烟灰口;炉桥下部活动装有支衬架。一灶多用,效率高,能耗低,供上千人就餐时蒸饭炒菜一灶用三小时内完成;很方便供应新鲜饮用开水和使用热水;燃料用煤或柴,或燃气,是取代繁琐的锅炉蒸饭、用几口灶炒菜的新型单灶一体化的理想节能灶。设计合理、结构简单、易于制作、适用广。

背景技术
食堂、饭店、餐馆的厨房内蒸饭、炒菜用普通灶,只能是一灶单用,蒸饭炒菜时间长,效率低。如供上千人同时就餐时,蒸饭炒菜需2-3口大灶。这样的一灶单用的普通灶不能满足餐饮业的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用钢板钢管结构制作,能一灶多用,增大受热面积、供热开水而效率高能耗低的食堂用蒸钣炒菜同步进行的节能灶。本实用新型是用如下方式实现的:一种食堂用蒸饭炒菜同步进行的节能灶,它具有灶体外壳3,内有炉膛19及炉膛门5,下部有炉桥17、出渣膛18和炉渣出口14,顶面是灶体面板2,其特征在于:在炉膛19外周围装有水箱20和烟道12;该水箱20顶部开有蒸汽接口1,上部一侧有冷水进口4,另侧有热开水交换器10,其端部为热开水出水口9,下部一侧有清污出口7,另侧有冷水接口13;水箱20内安装换热管11连通炉膛19上部的锅圈座16和烟道12;在烟道12外壁有烟道隔热层6,外壁上还开有清烟灰口15;炉膛19上部装有锅圈座16;炉桥17下部活动装有支衬架8。本实用新型一灶多用,效率高,能耗低,例如供上千人就餐时,蒸饭炒菜一灶用三小时内完成;很方便供应新鲜饮用开水和使用热水;燃料用煤或柴,也可用燃气,是取代繁琐的锅炉蒸饭及供热开水、用几口灶炒菜的新型单灶一体化的理想节能灶。设计合理、结构简单、易于制作、适用广。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。参照图1,本实用新型用钢板、钢管焊制成一个灶体整体结构。灶体面板2开有蒸汽接口1,为保证灶常压运行,蒸汽由蒸汽接口1直通蒸饭容器,途中不装阀门。水箱20一侧冷水进口4进冷水,热开水出口9出热水、开水;置有热开水交换器10换热。供水洁净新鲜,导热快,能承受自来水压;饮用开水流量按灶型大小每分钟5-20公升,冷水30秒钟升温沸腾,产生蒸汽;热水量每小时0.5-1.5吨。按灶型大小设有炒菜锅的锅圈座16,直径0.6-1.2米,用于放置锅炒菜。一灶炒菜、蒸饭、供热开水多用。锅圈座16中上部周围装有无缝钢管换热管11,其原理是炉膛19主火炒菜,余火热能从换热管11逆流换热导向进入烟道12。烟道隔热层6用质轻高强保温材料制作。清污出口7用于清洗水箱20时排污。烟道12周围外壁开有4个清烟灰口15清灰。冷水接口13补充冷水。为方便更换燃料原料,用煤、柴、或燃气,炉膛19下部出渣膛18装有活动支衬架8和炉桥17。

1.一种食堂用蒸饭炒菜同步进行的节能灶,它具有灶体外壳[3],内有炉膛[19]及炉膛门[5],下部有炉桥[17]、出渣膛[18]和炉渣出口[14],顶面是灶体面板[2],其特征在于:在炉膛[19]外周围装有水箱[20]和烟道[12];该水箱[20]顶部开有蒸汽接口[1],上部一侧有冷水进口[4],另侧有热开水交换器[10],其端部为热开水出水口[9],下部一侧有清污出口[7],另侧有冷水接口[13];水箱[20]内安装换热管[11]连通炉膛[19]上部的锅圈座[16]和烟道[12];在烟道[12]外壁有烟道隔热层[6],外壁上还开有清烟灰口[15];炉膛[19]上部装有锅圈座[16];炉桥[17]下部活动装有支衬架[8]。
