Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种装饰灯,包括筒状的软头、和软芯预装成一体的灯泡、二个分别设置在二条电线端部的端子,软芯和端子从软头的二端对插并套装在软头内,灯泡的二个电极分别与二端子连接;其特征在于,软芯朝向端子的一侧端部设有一个凸起,凸起靠近二个端子中的一个;软头内还设有一个导电材料制成的扭簧,扭簧具有二只脚,扭簧的二只脚分别设置在二只端子处,其中一只脚与对应的端子接触,另一只脚因为软芯凸起的挤压与对应的端子之间有间隙;软芯从软头中脱落状态时,扭簧的二只脚因为弹力的作用分别与对应的端子接触。本实用新型提供了一种当个别灯泡脱落时,不影响整串灯使用的装饰灯。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装饰灯,尤其涉及一种串接工作时个别灯泡脱落时整串灯不断路的装饰灯(俗称节日灯)。
背景技术
现有技术中,节日灯的低压小灯泡均为多只以串接方式同时点亮。因为是串联电路,所以只要有一只或几只灯泡钨丝熔断或灯泡脱落,整个电路即断开。为解决此问题,中国专利CN95226975.9公开了一种带电阻丝的灯泡,可在灯泡钨丝熔断时通过电阻丝形成通路,不影响其它灯泡开常工作。但中国专利CN95226975.9公开的技术电阻丝或保险丝均设置在灯泡内,用这种灯泡制成的装饰灯当灯泡脱落时,仍然会出现断路,整串灯无法使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种当个别灯泡脱落时,不影响整串灯使用的装饰灯。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
本实用新型涉及的装饰灯,包括筒状的软头、和软芯预装成一体的灯泡、二个分别设置在二条电线端部的端子,软芯和端子从软头的二端对插并套装在软头内,灯泡的二个电极分别与二端子连接;其特征在于,软芯朝向端子的一侧端部设有一个凸起,凸起靠近二个端子中的一个;软头内还设有一个导电材料制成的扭簧,扭簧具有二只脚,扭簧的二只脚分别设置在二只端子处,其中一只脚与对应的端子接触,另一只脚因为软芯凸起的挤压与对应的端子之间有间隙;软芯从软头中脱落状态时,扭簧的二只脚因为弹力的作用分别与对应的端子接触。
所述扭簧是由钢丝绕成的筒状,筒具有一个孔。
所述软头内还设有一个后塞,后塞设在二只端子之间,后塞上设有一个柱,扭簧筒套装在后塞柱上。
本实用新型涉及的装饰灯对比现有技术,当个别灯泡与软芯组合脱落时,由于扭力的作用,扭簧会立即接通电路,不影响整串灯使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述。
图1、图2示出了本实用新型的实施例。灯泡101和软芯102预装成一体,以插装方式装入软头103的一端。电线107的端部压装铜端子105,电线107有二条,铜端子105也有二个。铜端子105从软头103的另一端以插装方式装入软头103。如图1所示,二个铜端子105分别与灯泡101的二个电极连接。软芯102朝向端子105的一侧端部设有一个凸起108,凸起108靠近二个端子105中的一个;软头103内还设有一个钢丝制成的扭簧104,扭簧104具有二只脚分别设置在二只端105子处,其中一只脚与对应的端子接触,另一只脚因为软芯凸起108的挤压与对应的端子之间有间隙;当软芯102与灯泡101的组合从软头103中脱落时,扭簧104的二只脚因为扭力的作用分另于对应的端子接触,形成通路。本实施例的扭簧104是由钢丝绕成的筒状,筒具有一个孔。软头103内还设有一个后塞106,后塞设在二只端子105之间,后塞106上设有一个柱,扭簧104上的筒套装在后塞106上的柱上。当个别灯泡101与软芯102组合脱落时,由于扭力的作用,扭簧104会立即接通电路。
本实施例涉及的装饰灯,应用时通常是多个装饰灯串联成灯串工作的。为防止整个灯串中所有的灯泡全部脱落时形成电源短路,整串灯中要求至少有一个灯不是本实施例涉及的装饰灯,可以采用一只带保险管的装饰灯,或将一只本实用新型涉及的装饰灯取下弹簧使用。
本实用新型提供了一种当个别灯泡与软芯组合脱落时,不影响整串灯使用的装饰灯。

Claims (3)

1、一种装饰灯,包括筒状的软头、和软芯预装成一体的灯泡、二个分别设置在二条电线端部的端子,软芯和端子从软头的二端对插并套装在软头内,灯泡的二个电极分别与二端子连接,其特征在于,软芯朝向端子的一侧端部设有一个凸起,凸起靠近二个端子中的一个;软头内还设有一个导电材料制成的扭簧,扭簧具有二只脚,扭簧的二只脚分别设置在二只端子处,其中一只脚与对应的端子接触,另一只脚因为软芯凸起的挤压与对应的端子之间有间隙;软芯从软头中脱落状态时,扭簧的二只脚因为弹力的作用分别与对应的端子接触。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述扭簧是由钢丝绕成的筒状,筒具有一个孔。
3、根据权利要求2所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述软头内还设有一个后塞,后塞设在二只端子之间,后塞上设有一个柱,扭簧筒套装在后塞柱上。
