本实用新型提供了一种对变压器起保护作用的压力释放阀,所要解决的问题是:当压力释放阀开启后,膜盘有时出现不能回复到原位置,造成渗、漏油现象;阀座上的顶胶圈一般采用丁腈橡胶,易与压力释放阀的膜盘出现粘合现象,影响变压器的正常运行。本实用新型的要点是:它有阀座、膜盘、弹簧、阀罩、标志杆、顶胶圈,其特征是:在压力释放阀的膜盘和阀罩或压簧垫片上各固定一个定向筒,其中一个定向筒套在另一个定向筒上,顶胶圈为聚四氟乙烯包覆丁腈橡胶的复合结构。本实用新型的用途是:安装在变压器的油箱箱盖或侧壁上,对变压器起保护作用。

一种压力释放阀
技术领域
本实用新型属于油浸变压器的部件或组件,它安装在变压器的油箱箱盖或侧壁上,当油箱内压力超过规定值时,对变压器起保护作用的一种装置。
背景技术
目前,油浸式变压器的压力保护装置采用的是一种压力释放阀,其目的是:因故障等原因使油浸式变压器油箱内部压力超过安全限值时,为保护变压器油箱不受破坏,对其内部压力进行释放。压力释放阀的结构是:装有密封圈的阀座、膜盘、弹簧、阀罩及压簧垫片、标志杆与电气开关等。其不足之处是:1、当压力释放阀开启动作后,释放阀的膜盘有时出现不能回复到原位置(与阀座倾斜不能完全关闭),从而使压力释放阀不能完全可靠关闭,造成渗、漏油现象。2、阀座上的顶胶圈一般采用丁腈橡胶,该密封圈安装一段时间后易与压力释放阀的膜盘出现粘合现象,从而出现压力释放阀的时效开启压力远远大于标准规定范围,致使变压器油箱内压力达到压力释放阀的开启压力时,其阀不能及时开启释放油箱内的压力,造成变压器油箱变形或爆裂。影响变压器的正常运行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能避免上述不足的一种压力释放阀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它有阀座、膜盘、弹簧、阀罩、标志杆、顶胶圈,其特征是:
1、在压力释放阀的膜盘和阀罩或压簧垫片上各固定一个定向筒,其中一个定向筒套在另一个定向筒上,两个相套的定向筒起到导轨的作用,即当压力释放阀受压膜盘开启,或变压器油箱内压力小于压力释放阀的关闭压力膜盘回落时,膜盘靠相套的定向筒的定位实现可靠开启或关闭,保证变压器的安全运行。
2、压力释放阀的顶胶圈为聚四氟乙烯包覆丁腈橡胶的复合结构,使丁腈橡胶与聚四氟乙烯在性能上互补,既可满足压力释放阀密封参数指标的要求,又解决了释放阀顶胶圈与膜盘的粘和问题,使压力释放阀完全实现了对油箱内部进行压力释放的功效。
本实用新型与现有技术方案相比具有的积极效果是:
1、压力释放阀的膜盘的升降通过两个相套的定向筒实现限位,使膜盘跳起后能准确回复,达到压力释放阀可靠关闭的功能,避免由于压力释放阀的膜盘不能准确回位(倾斜)造成变压器油箱内的变压器油通过膜盘处溢出现象。
2、复合型顶胶圈的使用,使压力释放阀的时效开启性能得到有效、准确提高,保证压力释放阀的时效开启压力值符合标准要求,解决了释放阀顶胶圈与膜盘的粘和问题,确保变压器的安全运行。

具体实施方式
参见图1,它有阀座7、膜盘5、弹簧8、阀罩2、标志杆1,在压力释放阀的膜盘和阀罩上各焊接一个定向筒4和3,其中阀罩的定向筒3套在膜盘的定向筒4的外面,两个相套的定向筒起到导轨的作用,即当压力释放阀受压膜盘开启,或变压器油箱内压力小于压力释放阀的关闭压力膜盘回落时,膜盘靠相套的定向筒的定位实现可靠开启或关闭,保证变压器的安全运行。压力释放阀的顶胶圈6为聚四氟乙烯包覆丁腈橡胶的复合结构,使丁腈橡胶与聚四氟乙烯在性能上互补,既可满足压力释放阀密封参数指标的要求,又解决了释放阀顶胶圈与膜盘的粘和问题,使压力释放阀完全实现了对油箱内部进行压力释放的功效。
参见图2,为另一种结构方式的压力释放阀。与图1不同点为,它设有压簧垫片9,定向筒3焊接在释放阀的压簧垫片9上,其余与图1相同。

1、一种压力释放阀,它有阀座、膜盘、弹簧、阀罩、标志杆、顶胶圈,其特征是:在压力释放阀的膜盘和阀罩或压簧垫片上各固定一个定向筒,其中一个定向筒套在另一个定向筒上。
2、按照权利要求1所述的压力释放阀,其特征是:所说的顶胶圈为聚四氟乙烯包覆丁腈橡胶的复合结构。
