Abstract
一种料浆搅拌装置，涉及到一种搅拌装置，尤其涉及到一种用空气对料浆进行的搅拌装置。包括料浆库(1)、空气管(2)、截门(4)，所述空气管(2)设有截门(4)，所述空气管(2)上设有小孔(3)。将生料浆注入料浆库(1)后，打开截门(4)注入高压空气，高压空气由空气管(2)上小孔(3)吹入料浆库(1)即可对生料浆进行搅拌。

本实用新型涉及到一种搅拌装置，尤其涉及到一种用空气对料浆进行的搅拌装置。
背景技术
在水泥生产中的生料浆各种原料混合不均匀，并且含水量非常高，一般经过搅拌后排入料浆库静置脱水，待水析出后排出，再使料浆进入下一工序。过去采用搅拌机搅拌的方法，不但增加工作量，而且增加搅拌机维修成本。也有采用从料浆库入口向内吹气的方法，但管路极易被生料堵死，处理起来相当麻烦危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能使料浆搅拌均匀，并且维修方便的料浆搅拌装置，为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用到技术方案是，一种料浆搅拌装置，包括料浆库、空气管、截门，所述空气管设有截门，其端部密封并横向安装于料浆库底部，所述空气管上设有小孔。
将生料浆注入料浆库后，打开截门注入高压空气，高压空气由空气管上小孔吹入料浆库即可对生料浆进行搅拌。搅拌后关闭截门，使生料浆静置脱水。
本实用新型结构简单，节省了搅拌所造成的成本，经济实用，使用效果理想。

具体实施方式
由附图可知，本实用新型包括料浆库1、空气管2、截门4，所述空气管2设有截门4，其端部密封并横向安装于料浆库1底部，所述空气管2上设有小孔3。
将生料浆注入料浆库1后，打开截门4注入高压空气，高压空气由空气管2上小孔3吹入料浆库1即可对生料浆进行搅拌。搅拌后关闭截门4，使生料浆静置脱水。

1、一种料浆搅拌装置，包括料浆库(1)、空气管(2)、截门(4)，其特征在于：所述空气管(2)端部密封并横向安装于料浆库(1)底部，所述空气管(2)上设有小孔(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述料浆搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述空气管(2)设有截门(4)。
