Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种双层管路接头，本实用新型包括两个双层管接头体，所述的两个双层管接头体的内管端面通过端面密封对接，两个双层管接头体的外管通过径向密封嵌入式连接。本实用新型能够完全将两种不同的液体分开，而不需要改变管路的走向，保证两种不同液体管腔始终同路，并能达到良好的保温效果，简化管路，降低成本的目的。

(一) 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种管路接头，特别是一种双层管路接头。
(二) 背景技术
目前用于连接双层保温液压管路的接头中，为解决两层管腔间接头处的密封问题，往往是采用旁路的形式将其中一路管腔引出，躲过管接头后，再重新引入回至相应的双层管路中，这就势必造成保温和被保温的液体不同路，从而降低保温效果，同时也增加了管路连接附件，提高了成本。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种双层管路接头，使其既能保证两种不同液体管腔始终同路，又能完全分开，并具有良好保温效果。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括两个双层管接头体，所述的两个双层管接头体的内管端面通过端面密封对接，两个双层管接头体的外管通过径向密封嵌入式连接。
为了使内管的端面密封完全有效，所述两个双层管接头体的外管的端面有间隙，两个外管的外部设有连接夹紧装置。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型能够完全将两种不同的液体分开，而不需要改变管路的走向，保证两种不同液体管腔始终同路，并能达到良好的保温效果，简化管路，降低成本的目的。

(五) 具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种具体实施例，包括两个双层管接头体，两个双层管接头体的内管4端面通过端面密封2对接，使内管腔和外管腔完全分离，两个双层管接头体的外管1通过径向密封3嵌入式连接。两个双层管接头体的外管1的端面有间隙，两个外管1的外部设有连接夹紧装置，连接夹紧装置为设在外管2上的法兰和连接法兰的螺栓螺母。

1、一种双层管路接头，包括两个双层管接头体，其特征在于：所述的两个双层管接头体的内管(4)端面通过端面密封(2)对接，两个双层管接头体的外管(1)通过径向密封(3)嵌入式连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双层管路接头，其特征在于：所述两个双层管接头体的外管(1)的端面有间隙，两个外管(1)的外部设有连接夹紧装置。
