Abstract

本实用新型是感应洁具中的自动感应系统。它是由主电路板在侧面利用红外线信号来感应人体,然后用无线电遥控的方式把是否感应到人体这个信息发送给位于座便器水箱内的从电路板,从电路板接收到主电路板的无线电遥控信号后进行电磁阀的开关动作,以控制水箱的冲水。整体的美观,不会出现误冲水现象,安装位置没有要求。

本发明涉及一种在自动感应座便器中使用的,由无线电遥控和红外线感应组成的自动感应系统。
背景技术:
现有的自动感应座便器按其感应部分的安装方式基本可以分为三大类:①一种是电子感应部分安装在座便器上,阀体和电子感应部分是一体的,从正面来感应人体,它的弊端是:座便盖的开合以及人在座便器前的活动有可能会引起座便器误冲水,并且维修时必须将整个阀体都拆卸下来,很不方便。②一种是电子感应部分与阀体分离开来,电子感应部分安装在座便器侧面的墙壁上,从侧面感应人体,这虽然克服了①中的弊端,但是感应部分与座便器内电磁阀用导线连接,它的弊端就是:安装施工时布线带来很多不便,且影响美观。③另一种是电子感应部分与阀体分离开来,电子感应部分安装在座便器侧面的墙壁上,从侧面感应人体,然后利用红外通信把是否感应到的人体的信息传递给冲水装置。这种方式虽然避免了前两种方式的缺点,但是它的弊端是:1、当红外接收窗口被覆盖或阻挡时候就无法进行冲水动作。2、主、从板安装的高度、角度有一定的要求。3接收部分是一个独立的机构在水箱外面,会影响座便器的整体美观。
发明内容:
为解决现有感应座便器的弊端,本实用新型的目的是提供一种感应洁具中的自动感应系统,由无线电遥控和红外线感应组成的自动感应系统,接收窗口被覆盖或阻挡时也能正常工作,主、从板无安装的高度、角度要求;外形美观,工作稳定。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:采用主、从两个电路板协作控制座便器的冲水,主电路板通过无线电遥控的方式控制安装在水箱内的从电路板工作。主电路板主要是由人体感应电路和无线电信号传输电路组成,从电路板主要是由无线电信号传输电路和电磁阀驱动电路组成。因为主、从电路板是通过无线的方式通信,所以感应人体部分的主电路板就被独立出来,可以安装在座便器的周围的任意合适部位来感应人体,并且没有方向要求。从电路板安装在座便器的水箱干,当从电路板收到信号后,就驱动电磁阀动作,控制座便器冲水。主电路板发出的无线电遥控信号可以穿过座便器水箱的外壁与从电路板通信。安装时把从电路板安装在座便器水箱里的这种安装方式既不影响座便器整体的美观,又能接收到主电路板发出的的无线电遥控信号。本实用新型的有益效果是:解决了现有的自动感应座便器的误冲水、安装布线麻烦、安装位置有要求等问题。

具体实施方式:
此实用新型可以通过以下方式实现:
硬件原理由图1示出。其由两个主要部分:主电路板和从电路板组成。主电路板上的单片机电路首先控制红外人体感应电子模块来感应是否有人使用座便器,如果红外人体感应电子模块感应到人体,则与单片机相连接的管脚就会产生高电平信号,单片机接收到此信号后,就给无线电传输模块的输入端发送一组数据,无线传输模块会将此数据发送给水箱内从电路板上的无线电传输模块,从电路板上的无线电传输模块接收到此信号后,模块上相应的管脚会出现高低电平变化,从电路板上的单片机根据此电平变化,经过程序判断,使电磁阀驱动电路的控制端置高或置低电平,从而控制电磁阀驱动电路以及电磁阀的工作,完成冲水动作。
主电路板与从电路板一一对应关系的确定有两种方法:
1.由无线电传输模块的特性决定,利用具有编码设置管脚的无线电传输模块,可以采用编码设置管脚悬空、置高电平、置低电平的方式来设定两个模块之间的一一对应关系。
2.由单片机通过软件编程设定对码来确定两个模块之间的对应关系。对码的形式由图2示出。每一个产品之前我们都要进行对码设置,出产设置之后都有其唯一的对码,对码是用16位二进制数来表示,由2位起始位、13位数据位、1位结束位、组成的,而且每一位中间通过软件,添加一个的低电平信号,所以二进制数1由一个高电平和一个低电平表示,二进制数0由两个低电平表示。其中2个起始位都为1,中间13个数据位就是所产生的随机数,每一台产品都不一样,最后一位+为结束位,当其为0时,表示主从之间为对码状态,为1时,主从之间为控制电磁阀状态。下面详细讲述一下对码的设置过程:当产品上电后,单片机内的定时器就开始计时,我们给单片机一个外部中断信号,使其计时停止,此时单片机就记录这随机的时间常数,经过处理并储存到自身的EEPROM中,这就产生了我们所需要的对码。由于我们采用的振荡频率是4MHZ,则单片机计时器计时精度为1μs,根据我们对码的表示形式可知,可以产生213个不同的随机数,实际在同一使用场合不可能同时使用213个以上的产品,重合的几率几乎为0,所以产品之间的对码信号不会互相干扰而产生误动作的情况。一旦产品出厂后,不小心将主板与从板混淆了,也可以临时重新进行对码设置,不用为了找原配而浪费时间。
主板的对码产生之后,将对码经单片机处理后,以特定的脉冲形式输出给无线电传输模块,从电路板的无线电传输模块接收到此脉冲信号,再进过单片机处理成16位的对码,并储存到自身的EEPROM中,这样主从两板的对码都设置完成。

1、一种感应洁具中的自动感应系统,其特征是:由主电路板、从电路板和电磁阀控制装置组成,主电路板安装在座便器的侧面,从电路板与电磁阀装置相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述感应洁具中的自动感应系统,其特征是:主电路板由红外人体感应电路和无线电信号传输电路组成。
3、根据权利要求1所述感应洁具中的自动感应系统,其特征是:从电路板由无线电信号传输电路和电磁阀驱动电路组成。
