本实用新型涉及一种并网风力发电机,属于电力发电领域。特点是:它由桨叶、轮毂、齿轮箱、偏航、永磁同步发电机、异步发电机组成,齿轮箱上的齿轮轴与永磁同步发电机一端轴连接,永磁同步发电机另一端轴与异步发电机轴连接。本实用新型风力发电机可以在任何转速下并网发电;由于功率因数高,当异步发电机工作时永磁同步发电机可以补偿一定的功率因数,维护比较方便,且逆变成本低,在大功率时容易制造。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种并网风力发电机,属于电力发电领域。
二、背景技术
并网风力发电机现有很多种类,其中传统型号有笼型异步发电机、永磁同步发电机、  同步发电机、双馈异步发电机。
1、笼型异步发电机只有在额定转速下才能发电,发电运行时间短,发电量小。
2、永磁同步发电机与同步发电机一般制成直驱式,电机直径很大,由于全部参与逆变,整流逆变价格高,但在任何转速下都能发电,效率高。
3、双馈异步发电机可以调速,在一定范围转速内可以发电,成本适中,但发电机有滑环,影响电机可靠性并增加电机维护成本。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型解决的技术问题是:高速风力发电机的风速可调,在低于额定风速时可以发电,体积小,可靠性强,维修成本低,在大功率时容易制造。
本实用新型的目的是由以下方式实现的:
技术解决方案:它由桨叶、轮毂、齿轮箱、偏航、永磁同步发电机、异步发电机组成,齿轮箱上的齿轮轴与永磁同步发电机一端轴连接,永磁同步发电机另一端轴与异步发电机轴连接。
齿轮轴也可与异步发电机相接后与永磁同步发电机相连接。
永磁同步发电机和异步发电机置于机座内,共用转轴、轴承、端盖。
永磁同步发电机可以采用三相或多相。
永磁同步发电机也可采用各种极对数。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、风力发电机可以在任何转速下并网发电;
2、功率因数高,当异步发电机工作时永磁同步发电机可以补偿一定的功率因数。
3、由于没有滑环,维护比较方便。
4、由于只是永磁同步发电机部分需要逆变,逆变成本低,在大功率时容易制造。

五、具体实施方式:
本实用新型是由桨叶1、轮毂2、齿轮箱3、偏航4、永磁同步发电机5、异步发电机6组成,齿轮箱3的齿轮轴由与永磁同步发电机5一端轴连接,永磁同步发电机5另一端轴与异步发电机6轴连接。
本实用新型永磁同步发电机5、异步发电机6在不同风速下有不同的运行状态。桨叶1起动后,但转速低于额定风速时永磁同步发电机5运行并整流后通过逆变器上网。当风速增加风轮转速达到额定转速时,异步发电机6切入电网并与永磁同步发电机5共同并网发电。风速减弱桨叶1转速低于额定转速后,异步发电机6切出电网,永磁同步发电机5仍然并网发电。
永磁发电机5是通过整流逆变后并网。所以永磁同步发电机可以采用三相或多相的,极对数也可采用各种极对数。

1、并网风力发电机,它由桨叶(1)、轮毂(2)、齿轮箱(3)、偏航(4)、永磁同步发电机(5)、异步发电机(6)组成,其特征在于:齿轮箱(3)的齿轮轴由与永磁同步发电机(5)一端轴连接,永磁同步发电机(5)另一端轴与异步发电机(6)轴连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的并网型风力发电机,其特征在于:齿轮轴也可与异步发电机一端轴相接,异步发电机另一端轴与永磁同步发电机轴连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的并网风力发电机,其特征在于:永磁同步发电机和异步发电机置于机座内,共用转轴、轴承、端盖。
4、根据权利要求3所述的并网风力发电机,其特征在于:永磁同步发电机可以采用三相或多相。
5、根据权利要求4所述的并网风力发电机,其特征在于:永磁同步发电机也可采用各种极对数。
