随着工业自动化程度的不断提高,对电力电缆的性能要求相应提高。特别是很多重要的场合诸如高层建筑、宾馆、铁路等的重要线路要求采用安全清洁耐火电力电缆。
发明内容:
本实用新型的发明目的旨在提供一种交联聚乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,以满足市场对安全清洁耐火电力电缆的需求。
实现上述发明目的的技术方案是:一种交联聚乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其包括:
四根芯线,该芯线包括位于中间为多股软导体、依次包围在多股软导体外的耐火层和交联聚乙烯绝缘层;四根芯线的外周依次包围有一绕包层和一护套,在绕包层内、四根芯线外的间隙中设有填充层;所述护套为聚氯乙烯护套。
其中,所述软导体为多股镀锡铜丝束。
其中,所述耐火层由云母带绕包而成。
其中,所述绕包层为玻璃纤维带构成。
发明的有益效果:
依照本实用新型,其芯线外的绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯绝缘,电缆最外层的护套采用聚氯乙烯护套,除了能在正常条件下传输电力外,还能在火灾发生时的一段时间内安全运行。即在额定电压0.6/1KV供电条件下,并且处于750~800℃的火焰燃烧中,能维持90分钟的正常进行。同时,该电力电缆还具有低毒、低烟、无卤或低卤、阻燃安全清洁等特性,满足了当前市场对安全清洁耐火电缆的需求。

具体实施方式:
参见附图1,本实施例中,该电缆具有四根芯线10,芯线10中央采用多股软导体1,在软导体1的表面为耐火层2,耐火层2的外周是绝缘层3,四根芯线10嵌设在填充层4中,在填充层4外周是绕包层5,最外层为绝缘护套6。
其中,多股软导体1为镀锡铜丝束,耐火层2为云母带,填充层4由聚丙乙烯网状带填充,绕包层5为玻璃纤维带,交联聚乙烯绝缘层3为压塑机连续挤压成型,聚氯乙烯护套6也是压塑机连续挤压成型。本实用新型不仅具有耐火耐高温的特性,还具有低毒、低烟、无卤或低卤、阻燃安全清洁等特性,满足了当前市场对安全清洁耐火电缆的需求。

1、一种交联聚乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于:其包括:四根芯线,该芯线包括位于中间为多股软导体、依次包围在多股软导体外的耐火层和交联聚乙烯绝缘层;四根芯线的外周依次包围有一绕包层和一护套,在绕包层内、四根芯线外的间隙中设有填充层;所述护套为聚氯乙烯护套。
2、根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于,所述软导体为多股镀锡铜丝束。
3、根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于,所述耐火层由云母带绕包而成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于,所述绕包层为玻璃纤维带构成。
