本实用新型涉及椅子，特别是涉及中空塑料椅，属于办公家具。
椅子与人们的日常生活、办公、休闲等关系十分密切，种类很多，按照制造材料不同，可分为木椅、竹椅、藤椅、钢椅、塑料椅等。塑料椅由于加工省力，样式变化多，因此近年来发展很快，但椅子的受力在椅脚、坐板和靠背。塑料椅因为是整体成型，椅脚中不能制有横档，所以对椅脚的强度要求高。可是在实际生产中，如果将椅脚制得很大，一是耗材大，成本高；二是重量太重，搬动不便。若是制得太小，强度又不够。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有的技术的缺点，提供一种耗材省，强度高，重量轻的中空塑料椅。
本实用新型中空塑料椅的技术方案是：由椅脚、坐板、靠背所组成，其特征在于椅脚和靠背中制有空腔，在椅脚空腔的底部有塞块。
本实用新型的中空塑料椅，在椅脚和靠背中是中空结构，一是可将椅脚和靠背的外型制得大一些，提高强度；二是节省材料，成本低；三是重量轻，有利于搬动。在实际产品加工中可采用气辅或者水辅的加工工艺制塑料中空件。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及一种中空塑料椅，由椅脚1、坐板2和靠背所组成，如图1、图2、图3所示，其主要的技术特征在于椅脚1和靠背3中制有空腔4，制成空腔后材料省，降低成本，减轻重量，有利于搬运等。在椅脚空腔的底部有塞块5，防止异物进入空腔内。为了提高椅的强度，在椅的坐板2边缘下制有加强筋6。

1、中空塑料椅，由椅脚、坐板、靠背所组成，其特征在于椅脚(1)和靠背(3)中制有空腔(4)，在椅脚空腔的底部有塞块(5)。
2、如权利要求1所述的中空塑料椅，其特征在于椅的坐板(2)边缘下制有加强筋(6)。
