Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种电暖背心。本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种温度可调节、拆洗方便、发热迅速稳定、使用安全的御寒保暖保健用电暖背心。解决该问题的技术方案是:电暖背心,具有电热内衬层和防水透气外层,其特征在于电热内衬层和防水透气外层可拆卸的粘合在一起,所述电热内衬层与电池温控盒电连接。本实用新型可用于御寒保暖。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电暖背心,主要用于御寒保暖。
背景技术
目前,市场上大多数的电热保暖衣由内外布层,中间电热层,以及电源组成;其内、中、外三层缝合在一起;供电电源采用普通碳氢、碱性或镍氢充电型电池,电热恒定。但是这种保暖衣的电热层与外层缝合在一起,造成拆洗不便,而且一般镍氢电池或碱性电池使用寿命较短,电热恒定,温度不可调节,无法满足使用需要。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:针对上述存在的问题提供一种温度可调节、拆洗方便、发热迅速稳定、使用安全的御寒保暖保健用电暖背心。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:电暖背心,具有电热内衬层和防水透气外层,其特征在于:电热内衬层和防水透气外层可拆卸的粘合在一起,所述电热内衬层与电池温控盒电连接。
所述电热内衬层与防水透气外层两侧门襟处通过拉链连接,领部通过纽扣连接。
所述电热内衬层前面的左胸处设有一“U”形发热丝I,其后背上下各水平的设有一发热丝II和发热丝III,这三根发热丝通过电线串联起来,串联后的两端均与电池温控盒电连接。
所述串联三根发热丝的电线外套有纤维套。
所述发热丝I、发热丝II、发热丝III均为碳纤维发热丝,其阻值均为3.3~6Ω。
所述电池温控盒上设有保温、中温、适温、高温、热炙5段温度调节器,其调节温度范围为38~67℃。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型中的电池温控盒上设有保温、中温、适温、高温、热炙5段温度调节器,可根据需要调节温度,且具有自动防止超温功能,防止温度过高烫伤人体,其中热灸段可以舒解因肌肉过度疲劳和紧张所导致的痉挛及减轻酸痛、关节炎和风湿等不适,有利于身体健康;电池温控盒采用耐久长寿型环保锂电池(与笔记型电脑的锂电池同等级),可节省大量的电池购买费用;电热内衬层与外层可拆卸,使拆洗更加方便;发热体采用碳纤维发热丝,发热迅速稳定,短时间即可达到设定温度,并且使用直流电池电源,零电磁波、零辐射、使用安全。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实施例由电热内衬层1和防水透气外层2可拆卸的粘合在一起,使得拆洗更加方便(本例中,内衬层与外层两侧门襟处通过拉链连接,领部通过纽扣连接,拆卸方便,清洗前需将内衬层取出,洗好后自然风干),所述电热内衬层1与由充电变压器提供电源的电池温控盒3电连接,本例中电池温控盒3上设有保温、中温、适温、高温、热炙5段温度调节器,其调节温度范围为38~67℃,可根据需要调节温度,其中热灸段可以舒解因肌肉过度疲劳和紧张所导致的痉挛及减轻酸痛、关节炎和风湿等不适,有利于身体健康,当使用热灸段约10分钟左右,身体部位会产生如针灸般的针痛感,让此针痛感持续2分钟后,将旋钮转至“适温”,待降温后再转至“热灸”,如此反覆使用,一日数回,可增加保健强身效果;此外它还具有自动防止超温功能,使用安全;充电变压器采用100V-240V通用电压,快速充电,3小时即可充满,利用充电变压器(AC→DC12V)的AC插头,可直接使用家电电源。
所述电热内衬层1前面的左胸处设有一“U”形发热丝I5,其后背上下各水平的设有一发热丝II6和发热丝III7,其阻值均为6Ω,本例中三根发热丝均采用碳纤维发热丝,发热迅速稳定,并且使用直流电池电源,零电磁波、零辐射、使用安全。这三根发热丝通过电线串联起来,该电线外套有纤维套8,以防止电线破皮漏电造成人身伤害,串联后的两端均与电池温控盒3电连接。
使用时,先穿着内衣后再穿上电暖背心,其两边使用特殊高张力松紧布,可自动调整(自动调整松紧0~2英寸或0~5公分),配合身材尺寸,穿着更贴身、舒适。将背心口袋内的电源输入插头插入电池温控盒的放电插座,再将口袋中的感温连接线插入电池温控盒右侧的感温插座,即完成导线连接,然后开启电池温控盒3,根据实际需要将旋钮转至1~5段适当的位置,然后将电池温控盒3放入背心上的口袋内,使用者可在室内外活动自如,不受传统电源线的束缚。
Claims (7)
1、一种电暖背心,具有电热内衬层(1)和防水透气外层(2),其特征在于:电热内衬层(1)和防水透气外层(2)可拆卸的粘合在一起,所述电热内衬层(1)与电池温控盒(3)电连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电暖背心,其特征在于:所述电热内衬层(1)与防水透气外层(2)两侧门襟处通过拉链连接,领部通过纽扣连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的电暖背心,其特征在于:所述电热内衬层(1)前面的左胸处设有一“U”形发热丝I(5),其后背上下各水平的设有一发热丝II(6)和发热丝III(7),这三根发热丝通过电线串联起来,串联后的两端均与电池温控盒(3)电连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的电暖背心,其特征在于:所述串联三根发热丝的电线外套有纤维套(8)。
5、根据权利要求3所述的电暖背心,其特征在于:所述发热丝I(5)、发热丝II(6)、发热丝III(7)均为碳纤维发热丝,其阻值均为3.3~6Ω。
6、根据权利要求4所述的电暖背心,其特征在于:所述发热丝I(5)、发热丝II(6)、发热丝III(7)均为碳纤维发热丝,其阻值均为3.3~6Ω。
7、根据权利要求1所述的电暖背心,其特征在于:所述电池温控盒(3)上设有保温、中温、适温、高温、热炙5段温度调节器,其调节温度范围为38~67℃。
