技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烘烤机，尤其是涉及一种热风旋转炉烘烤机。
背景技术
目前，人们的生活水平逐步提高，因此人们对烘烤食品也越来越喜欢，用来烘烤食品的烘烤机在市场上已有销售。参见图1、2、3所示，目前的烘烤机，一般包括主烤箱体10、发热管安装箱11；所述主烤箱体10前表面设有门12；所述发热管安装箱11设在主烤箱体10的后表面或左面；所述门12包括门体13和门框14，所述门体13包括左、右保温棉层15和门玻璃16；所述门玻璃16的两端与左、右保温棉层15固定连接，且与门玻璃16完全密封；所述门体13上设有用于密封门体13和门框14缝隙的密封条17。上述设计的现有烘烤机有如下缺陷：
1)由于发热管安装箱固定在主烤箱体的后表面或左面，该结构占地面积大，安装运输不方便；
2)所述门玻璃的两端与左、右保温棉层固定连接，且门玻璃中间完全密封，所以门玻璃不便拆卸清洗；所述门体上设有用于密封门体和门框缝隙的密封条，密封性能不好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种占地面积小、安装运输方便、门玻璃拆卸清洗容易、密封性能好的热风旋转炉烘烤机。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：它包括主烤箱体、发热管安装箱；所述主烤箱体前表面设有门，所述门包括门体和门框；所述门体包括左、右两个保温体和门玻璃；
所述发热管安装箱设在主烤箱体的上方；
所述门玻璃的左右分别固定保温体，门玻璃设有内层玻璃和外层玻璃，所述外层玻璃可绕一侧保温体旋转开启；
所述保温体从内到外依次设保温棉层、保温层和外表板层；所述保温层和外表板层都设中空腔体。
所述门框上设有用于密封门框与门体缝隙的密封条。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
1)由于所述发热管安装箱设在主烤箱体内上部，故而可以减少整个烘烤机的占地面积，安装运输更加方便。
2)由于所述保温层和外表板层都是中空设计，故而密封性强，保温性能更好；同时，外表板触摸也不致烫伤，增加了安全性。
3)由于门框上设有用于密封门框与门体缝隙的密封条，故而能提高密封性能。
4)所述外层玻璃可绕一侧保温体旋转开启，清洗门玻璃更容易。

具体实施方式
参见图4～6所示，本实用新型包括主烤箱体20、发热管安装箱21；所述主烤箱体20前表面设有门22，所述门22包括门体23和门框24；所述门体23包括左、右两个保温体25和门玻璃26；
所述发热管安装箱21设在主烤箱体20的上方；
所述门玻璃26的左右分别固定保温体25，所述门玻璃26包括内层玻璃27和外层玻璃28，所述外层玻璃28可绕一侧保温体25旋转开启；
所述保温体25从内到外依次设保温棉层29、保温层30和外表板层31；所述保温层30和外表板层31都是中空腔体；保温层30的中空腔体32是空气隔热层，外表板层31的中空腔体33也能起到空气隔热作用。
所述门框24上设有用于密封门框24与门体23缝隙的密封条34。

1、一种热风旋转炉烘烤机，它包括主烤箱体、发热管安装箱；所述主烤箱体前表面设有门，所述门包括门体和门框；所述门体包括左、右两个保温体和门玻璃；其特征在于：所述发热管安装箱设在主烤箱体的上方；所述门玻璃的左右分别固定保温体，门玻璃设有内层玻璃和外层玻璃，所述外层玻璃可绕一侧保温体旋转开启；所述保温体从内到外依次设保温棉层、保温层和外表板层；所述保温层和外表板层都设中空腔体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种热风旋转炉烘烤机，其特征在于：所述门框上设有用于密封门框与门体缝隙的密封条。
