Abstract
煤矿用增强型PVC软管,属于煤矿井下用管材领域。要解决的技术问题是:制作一种承压能力强、重量轻、节约原材料,可做成10-160mm口径的煤矿用增强型PVC软管。包括PVC管体,及置于PVC管体内的双层丝状增强体,其特征在于:内层为导电内层(5),导电内层(5)外依次为纬向钢丝增强层(3)、丝网状增强层(2),PVC塑料管体(4),导电外层(1),丝网状增强层(2)与纬向钢丝增强层(3)紧靠在一起,最外层为导电外层(1),连续复合为一体。具有承压能力强、重量轻、节约原材料,符合国家煤矿558.1安全标准,做成口径在10-160mm的煤矿用增强型PVC软管等优点。

技术领域
煤矿用增强型PVC软管,属于煤矿井下用管材领域。
背景技术
目前国内煤矿用管材出现了用钢丝网结构增强作为中间增强层的报导,一般用管材也有用钢丝螺旋缠绕涂以EVA预涂粘结剂作为中间层的报导。如《中国专利》2002年3月27日公开的申请人:甘国工,申请号:01247511,申请日:2001年9月5日,实用新型名称:螺旋缠绕钢丝增强体的钢塑复合管,该螺旋缠绕钢丝增强体的钢塑复合管。包括位于管壁中的聚合物连续体,其特征是有由至少一根表面有粘结剂或粘结剂与聚合物共混物形成的粘结剂结构层的钢丝作左旋和/或右旋缠绕而形成的增强体,增强体置于聚合物连续体中且通过粘结剂结构层使钢丝与聚合物连续体牢固复合为一体。内承压能力高,使用范围广。但存在的主要问题是:只能做一定长度的管材,不能做成50-100米能够盘绕的软管,方便运输。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,设计一种填补了本领域一项空白,制作一种承压能力强、重量轻、节约原材料,可做成10-160mm口径的煤矿用增强型PVC软管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该煤矿用增强型PVC软管,包括PVC管体,及置于PVC管体内的双层丝状增强体,其特征在于:内层为导电内层,导电内层外依次为纬向钢丝增强层、丝网状增强层,PVC塑料管体,导电外层,丝网状增强层与纬向钢丝增强层紧靠在一起,最外层为导电外层,连续复合为一体。
丝网状增强层采用细钢丝、芳纶、涤纶或丙纶中的一种编织而成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所具有的有益效果是:由于内层为钢丝纬向缠绕层、外层为丝网状增强层,与PVC管体、内、外导电层连续复合为一体的特殊设计结构,最主要的是能够作成软管,同时具有承压能力强可达0.4-3Mpa,爆破压力达到10Mpa;用料少、重量轻、成本低,仅为普通管材的50%;纬向钢丝不发生位移、不会发生内壁胀管现象;可制作10-160mm口径复合管材,满足煤矿井下和其他需要用口径管材的需要。同时具有抗静电、阻燃效果大大优于其他管材、耐腐蚀、耐高压,安全性好、寿命长、卫生环保等优点。符合国家煤矿558.1安全标准。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的煤矿用增强型PVC软管做进一步说明:
参照图1:该煤矿用增强型PVC软管,由导电塑料外层1、细钢丝网状增强层2、纬向缠绕的钢丝增强层3、PVC塑料管体4、导电塑料内层5组成。导电塑料内层5在PVC塑料管体4内,管体4采用PVC塑料,细钢丝网状增强层2紧靠在纬向缠绕的钢丝增强层3外,细钢丝网状增强层2的直径根据设计需要而定,最外层为导电塑料外层1。导电塑料外层1、导电塑料内层5采用PVC抗静电材料,PVC塑料管体4为聚氯乙烯材料。制作工艺是:导电塑料内层5、纬向缠绕的钢丝增强层3、细钢丝网状增强层2、PVC塑料管体4、导电塑料外层1,在复合管流水线上连续牢固的复合成为一体。
丝网状钢丝增强层2可根据设计需要,采用芳纶、涤纶或丙纶中的一种编织而成。
纬向钢丝增强层3圆周间隔均匀排列,排列间隔可根据不同规格型号、及对复合管的不同强度要求任意设定。

1、煤矿用增强型PVC软管,包括PVC管体,及置于PVC管体内的双层丝状增强体,其特征在于:内层为导电内层(5),导电内层(5)外依次为纬向钢丝增强层(3)、丝网状增强层(2),PVC塑料管体(4),导电外层(1),丝网状增强层(2)与纬向钢丝增强层(3)紧靠在一起,最外层为导电外层(1),连续复合为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的煤矿用增强型PVC软管,其特征在于:丝网状增强层(2)采用细钢丝、芳纶、涤纶或丙纶中的一种编织而成。
