技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于金属连续铸造的结晶器铜管，具体涉及一种带喷嘴的结晶器铜管。
背景技术
结晶器铜管外表面与水套之间形成一定的水缝，将结晶器铜管内钢水的热量传递给水，使通过结晶器铜管的钢水形成具有一定强度和形状的铸坯壳。由于结晶器铜管装入结晶器后在铜管下部外侧设有密封结构，造成铜管下端有一小段不能通过水冷散热，并且铸坯在初出结晶器铜管时，二冷一段喷嘴也不能实现对初出结晶器铜管的铸坯进行有效的冷却，导致铸坯在此段的冷却强度减弱，影响钢坯质量和生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题，提供一种带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，以有效解决铸坯在结晶器铜管的下部以及在初出结晶器铜管时冷却强度减弱的问题。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，包括矩型的结晶器铜管，所述结晶器铜管的下部外侧设有环形的进水槽，所述结晶器铜管的下端面分布有进水孔，该进水孔为与所述结晶器铜管的下端面垂直的圆形盲孔，所述的进水孔与所述的进水槽相连通，所述进水孔的下端设有向铸坯表面喷射水雾的喷嘴。
上述的带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，所述的喷嘴通过锥管螺纹配合与所述的进水孔相连接。
上述的带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，所述喷嘴的进水方向与出水方向成75°偏转。
上述的带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，所述的进水槽为方形截面槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是：进入结晶器铜管下部进水孔内的冷却水能够对装配密封结构处的铜管部分进行冷却，同时经喷嘴喷射的冷却水能够喷射到初出结晶器铜管的铸坯表面，对初出结晶器铜管的铸坯进行有效的冷却，从而保证钢坯质量，提高连铸生产效率。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行说明。
如图1、图2、图3和图4，本带喷嘴的结晶器铜管包括矩型的结晶器铜管1，该结晶器铜管1的上部设有卡板槽。在结晶器铜管1的下部外侧设有环形的进水槽2，该进水槽2可以采用矩形截面槽、∪型截面槽、方形截面槽，附图实施例的进水槽2为方形截面槽。在结晶器铜管1的下端面分布有进水孔3，该进水孔3为均匀分布在结晶器铜管1的四个侧面的圆形盲孔，并且该进水孔3与结晶器铜管1的下端面垂直设置，进水孔3的上端与进水槽2相连通，在进水孔3的下端通过锥管螺纹配合固定安装喷嘴4，该喷嘴4采用进水方向与出水方向成75°偏转的扁平形水雾侧喷喷嘴，各喷嘴4的出水方向分别朝向其各自相对的铸坯表面。
本实用新型的技术方案同样适用于圆型的结晶器铜管。

1.一种带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，包括矩型的结晶器铜管（1），其特征是：所述结晶器铜管（1）的下部外侧设有环形的进水槽（2），所述结晶器铜管（1）的下端面分布有进水孔（3），该进水孔（3）为与所述结晶器铜管（1）的下端面垂直的圆形盲孔，所述的进水孔（3）与所述的进水槽（2）相连通，所述进水孔（3）的下端设有向铸坯表面喷射水雾的喷嘴（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，其特征是：所述的喷嘴（4）通过锥管螺纹配合与所述的进水孔（3）相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，其特征是：所述喷嘴（4）的进水方向与出水方向成75°偏转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带喷嘴的结晶器铜管，其特征是：所述的进水槽（2）为方形截面槽。
