Abstract
一种属于热轧钢板设备中的高压水除鳞喷嘴，其
技术方案是喷嘴体内孔的前段是向前内收的锥体状，
其内组装外圆表面为锥体状的喷嘴头；喷嘴体内孔的
中后段为等径，其内组装内径为锥体状的增压环。其
优点是排除了喷嘴头从喷嘴体内孔脱出的故障，能很
好保证产品质量和生产安全，并且结构简单。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种轧钢设备中的高压水除鳞喷嘴。
在热轧钢板生产中，为保证产品表面质量，需要清除板坯表面的炉生氧化铁皮和再生氧化铁皮，现在采用高压水除鳞装置进行除鳞处理，而此装置中的除鳞喷嘴是影响除鳞质量的关键部件，八十年代中期鞍钢设计研究院和沈阳市轻工设备厂联合研制的除鳞喷嘴，除鳞效果好，它由喷嘴体和喷嘴头组成，喷嘴体有一个等直径内孔，喷嘴头的外圆周表面包覆铜皮，装入喷嘴体内孔后，进行加温焊接。但是在工作水压过高时，有时会发生喷嘴头和喷嘴体脱离而高速射出的情况，喷嘴头撞击钢板，损坏钢板表面，使产品报废，造成一定损失。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题，提供一种改进的除鳞喷嘴，这种喷嘴消除喷嘴头从喷嘴体内孔脱出的故障，保证生产安全和产品质量，并且结构简单合理。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在喷嘴体内孔的前段是向前内收的锥体状，其内组装外圆表面为锥体状的喷嘴头；喷嘴体内孔的中后段为等径，其内组装内径为锥体状的增压环。
本实用新型的优点是：消除了喷嘴头从喷嘴体内孔脱出的故障，保证了产品质量和生产安全，并且结构简单合理。

见图1，本实用新型实施例1结构是与无过滤喷嘴接头组装的结构：喷嘴体1的内孔前段是向前内收的锥体状，此段上装入喷嘴头3，其外圆表面为锥体状；在喷嘴体1的内孔中后段是等径，此段上紧配合装入增压环2，其的内径呈向前内收锥体状。图中4表示喷嘴接头，与本实用新型螺纹连接在一起。
见图2，本实用新型实施例2结构是与有过滤喷嘴接头组装的结构：与上述不同点是，增压环2短一些，它紧配合装入喷嘴体1的内孔中段，其内孔后段有内螺纹，内螺纹段与喷嘴接头4的过滤器拧装连接，其它与实施例1相同。

1、一种除鳞喷嘴，包括喷嘴体、喷嘴头，其特征是：喷嘴体内孔的前段是向前内收的锥体状，其内组装外圆表面为锥体状的喷嘴头；喷嘴体内孔的中后段为等径，其内组装内径为锥体状的增压环。
