本实用新型涉及一种全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、基板、LED驱动电源、至少一个LED发光二极管和至少一根导热金属条;所述基板上设置有连接电路,所述LED驱动电源固接在所述基板上并与其电连接;所述灯头具有搭载所述基板的表面,所述基板固设在该表面并与所述灯头电连接;所述灯罩与灯头固接,限定了一内部空间;至少一根导热金属条两端焊接在所述基板上,所述各导热金属条弯曲并向所述内部空间拱起;至少一个LED发光二极管焊接在导热金属条上。该结构的LED灯泡通过焊接有LED发光二极管的导热金属条弯曲地伸入灯罩限定的内部空间,使所有LED发光二极管的照射能力最大限度地发挥出来,其照射角度大而亮度均匀。

Description

一种全罩大角度发光LED灯泡
技术领域
本实用新型涉及于LED照明技术领域,特别是涉及一种全罩大角度发光LED灯泡。
背景技术
发光二极管简称为LED,由含镓(Ga)、砷(As)、磷(P)、氮(N)等的化合物制成。它是半导体二极管的一种,可以把电能转化成光能。发光二极管与普通二极管一样是由一个PN结组成,也具有单向导电性。当给发光二极管加上正向电压后,从P区注入到N区的空穴和由N区注入到P区的电子,在PN结附近数微米内分别与N区的电子和P区的空穴复合,产生自发辐射的荧光。不同的半导体材料中电子和空穴所处的能量状态不同。当电子和空穴复合时释放出的能量多少不同,释放出的能量越多,则发出的光的波长越短。
随着LED照明技术的进步,LED灯具以其节能、寿命长、绿色环保等优点逐步取代传统的照明领域的白织灯、节能灯,被人们所接受和认可。但市面上的大多数LED灯泡都是半罩的灯泡,如图1所示,图1为现有技术中LED灯泡的结构示意图,专利号为201620558943.0的中国专利,公开了一种LED灯泡,包括灯头螺帽100、连接于所述灯头螺帽上端的灯座200、安装于所述灯座200中的LED光源结构、固定罩设于所述灯座200上的透光罩300,还包括设于所述灯座200内并与所述LED光源结构电连接的驱动装置。该结构的LED灯泡中,所述透光罩300为半球形,而LED光源结构设置在所述灯座200中,照明时灯光只能通过所述半球形的透光罩200射出,其发光角度不大,发光指向性较强,局部太亮,使人眼睛感觉不舒服易产生视觉疲劳。在当今生活质量越来越高的社会中,对照明用的LED灯泡不仅要具有全方向性且光强分布均匀。美国2009年发布了LED照明的新标准,在标准中规定了全方向LED灯泡的光强分布要求在灯泡侧下区270度的范围内发光强度均匀且明亮;顶部90度的范围内光通量不能太小,因此,现时的LED灯泡仍然存在很大的改进空间。
实用新型内容
基于此,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种照射角度大、亮度均匀的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡。
一种全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、基板、LED驱动电源、至少一个LED发光二极管和至少一根导热金属条;所述基板上设置有连接电路,所述LED驱动电源固接在所述基板上并与其电连接;所述灯头具有搭载所基板的表面,所述基板固设在该表面并与所述灯头电连接;所述灯罩与灯头固接,该灯罩限定了一内部空间;至少一根导热金属条两端焊接在所述基板上,所述各导热金属条弯曲并向所述内部空间拱起;至少一个LED发光二极管焊接在导热金属条上,并通过该导热金属条与所述LED驱动电源电连接。该结构的LED灯泡通过焊接有LED发光二极管的导热金属条弯曲地伸入灯罩限定的内部空间,LED发光二极管完全不受遮挡,使所有LED发光二极管的照射能力最大限度地发挥出来,其照射角度大而亮度均匀。
进一步地,所述导热金属条弯折成圆形、弧形、三角形、方形或者内凹形。导热金属条可根据不同的情况弯折成不同形状,其使用灵活。
进一步地,多根焊接在基板上的导热金属条交错设置,所述各根导热金属条上均焊接有LED发光二极管。该设置能使LED灯泡亮度更加均匀。
进一步地,多个发光二极间隔焊接在每根导热金属条上。该设置能使LED灯泡亮度更加均匀。
进一步地,所述导热金属条一个或多个局部弯曲成螺旋弹簧状。该设置使导热金属条的散热效果进一步提升。
进一步地,所述各LED发光二极管并联设置。
进一步地,所述各LED发光二极管并联设置串联设置。
进一步地,所述基板与灯头之间的空隙灌有导热胶。导热胶具有卓越的抗冷热交变性能、耐老化性能和电绝缘性能,并有优异的防潮、抗震、耐电晕、抗漏电性能和耐化学介质性能,应用在基板和灯头的粘合中可是灯泡的耐用性更高。
进一步地,所述灯罩的封闭端为球形,开口端远离球形中心延伸形成与灯头连接的开口。该结构的灯罩能让发光二极管的灯光照射角度更大。
进一步地,所述灯罩与灯头螺纹连接或通过打钉连接。该设置使LED灯泡易于拆装置,维修简单。
相比于现有技术,本实用新型所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡包括一个全罩灯罩,焊接有多个LED发光二极管的导热金属条弯曲成各种形状伸入到灯罩中,该设置的LED发光二极管不受任何遮挡,使其灯光照射角度广,而且亮度均匀,视觉效果舒服而不易疲劳,所述导热金属条兼顾导电和散热的作用,其结构简单,成本低廉,使用寿命长。

如图2、图3所示,图2为本实用新型所述全罩大角度发光LED灯泡实施例1的结构示意图,图3为本实用新型所述全罩大角度发光LED灯泡实施例1的俯视图。一种全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,包括灯头1、灯2、基板3、LED驱动电源4、至少一个LED发光二极管5和至少一根导热金属条6;所述基板3上设置有连接电路,所述LED驱动电源4固接在所述基板3上并与其电连接;所述灯头1具有搭载所基板3的表面,所述基板3固设在该表面并与所述灯头1电连接;所述灯罩2与灯头1固接,该灯罩2罩设在所述基板3上从而限定了一内部空间;至少一根导热金属条6两端焊接在所述基板3上,所述各导热金属条6弯曲并向所述内部空间拱起;至少一个LED发光二极管5焊接在导热金属条6上,并通过该导热金属条6与所述LED驱动电源4电连接。本实用新型所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,通过焊接在基板3上的导热金属条支6撑着LED发光二极管5,同时起到导电和散热的作用,由于LED发光二极管5是悬在一个中空的位置,因此其亮度可以最大限度的发挥出来,照射角度大,亮度也均匀。
具体地,所述导热金属条6可以弯折成圆形、弧形、三角形、方形或者内凹形。在本实施例中,所述导热金属条6弯折成圆弧形,有多根焊接在基板3上的导热金属条6交错设置,所述各根导热金属条6上均焊接有LED发光二极管5。具有多个发光二极管5间隔焊接在每根导热金属条6上,所述多个发光二极管5可等间距设置,也可按照其它任何规则间隔设置。
如图4所示,图4为实施例1中所述导热金属条与所述发光二极管的连接示意图。在本实施例中,所述各LED发光二极管5并联设置,因此,每两条导热金属条6共同连接多个LED发光二极管5。
优选地,所述基板3与灯头1之间的空隙灌有导热胶,所述灯罩2的封闭端为球形,开口端远离球形中心延伸形成与灯头连接的开口,所述灯罩2与灯头1螺纹连接,也可以打钉头连接。

如图9所示,图9为实施例3中所述导热金属条与所述发光二极管的连接示意图。在本实施例中,所述各LED发光二极管5串联设置,因此,每条导热金属条6连接多个LED发光二极管5。此外,本实施例中所述导热金属条6一个或多个局部弯曲成齿状凸起,该结构使导热金属条6的散热效果更佳好。
优选地,所述基板3与灯头1之间的空隙灌有导热胶,所述灯罩2的封闭端为球形,开口端远离球形中心延伸形成与灯头连接的开口,所述灯罩2与灯头1螺纹连接,也可以通过打钉连接。
工作时,将所述灯头1接上电源,电源经过基板3输入LED驱动电源4从而驱动焊接在导热金属条6上的发光二极管5,所述导热金属条6起到连接电路的作用,同时也具有散热功能。
相比于现有技术,本实用新型所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡包括一个全罩灯罩,焊接有多个LED发光二极管的导热金属条弯曲成各种形状伸入到灯罩中,该设置的LED发光二极管不受任何遮挡,使其灯光照射角度广,而且亮度均匀,视觉效果舒服而不易疲劳,所述导热金属条兼顾导电和散热的作用,其结构简单,成本低廉,使用寿命长。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:包括灯头、灯罩、基板、LED驱动电源、至少一个LED发光二极管和至少一根导热金属条;所述基板上设置有连接电路,所述LED驱动电源固接在所述基板上并与其电连接;所述灯头具有搭载所基板的表面,所述基板固设在该表面并与所述灯头电连接;所述灯罩与灯头固接,该灯罩限定了一内部空间;至少一根导热金属条两端焊接在所述基板上,所述各导热金属条弯曲并向所述内部空间拱起;至少一个LED发光二极管焊接在导热金属条上,并通过该导热金属条与所述LED驱动电源电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述导热金属条弯折成圆形、弧形、三角形、方形或者内凹形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:多根焊接在基板上的导热金属条交错设置,所述各根导热金属条上均焊接有LED发光二极管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:多个发光二极管间隔焊接在每根导热金属条上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述导热金属条一个或多个局部弯曲成螺旋弹簧状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述各LED发光二极管并联设置。
7.根据权利要求5所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述各LED发光二极管并联设置串联设置。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述基板与灯头之间的空隙灌有导热胶。
9.根据权利要求8所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯罩的封闭端为球形,开口端远离球形中心延伸形成与灯头连接的开口。
10.根据权利要求9所述的全罩大角度发光LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯罩与灯头螺纹连接或通过打钉连接。
