随着人们生活水平的日益提高，对居住环境的要求愈来愈高，家庭和公共场所装饰越来越普及，档次也越来越高。住宅建筑保温、隔声问题关系到居民的工作和生活质量，历来是建筑质量问题投诉的重点之一，尤其对地板的保温、隔声、防火的要求也越来越高，这直接影响了上下邻居的生活质量。因此，具有绿色、环保、健康的住宅产品就提到了重点解决的日程，传统地面系统不能满足有些装修的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种在不影响保温效果的情况下，具有良好的防水效果，且加强了保温隔声层的强度、消音效果和防火等级的一种保温、隔声和防火的楼地面系统。

一种保温、隔声和防火的楼地面系统，包括混凝土楼板1，其特征在于，混凝土楼板1上方设有10-15mm找平砂浆层2，找平砂浆层2上方设有2-4mm拉成锯齿状的界面砂浆层3，界面砂浆层3上方设有20-35mm保温隔声砂浆层4，保温隔声砂浆层4上方设有2-4mm带玻璃纤维网格布的抗裂砂浆层5，抗裂砂浆层5上方设有4-6mm防水砂浆层6，防水砂浆层6上方设有10-15mm地面砂浆层7。找平砂浆层2、界面砂浆层3、保温隔声砂浆层4、抗裂砂浆层5和防水砂浆层6均向四面墙体往上延伸10-20cm。

1.一种保温、隔声和防火的楼地面系统，包括混凝土楼板（1），其特征在于：混凝土楼板（1）上方设有10-15mm找平砂浆层（2），找平砂浆层（2）上方设有2-4mm拉成锯齿状的界面砂浆层（3），界面砂浆层（3）上方设有20-35mm保温隔声砂浆层（4），保温隔声砂浆层（4）上方设有2-4mm带玻璃纤维网格布的抗裂砂浆层（5），抗裂砂浆层（5）上方设有4-6mm防水砂浆层（6），防水砂浆层（6）上方设有10-15mm地面砂浆层（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温、隔声和防火的楼地面系统，其特征在于：找平砂浆层（2）、界面砂浆层（3）、保温隔声砂浆层（4）、抗裂砂浆层（5）和防水砂浆层（6）均向四面墙体往上延伸10-20cm。
