想的地下直埋保温管道。
Description
本实用新型属于建筑材料,是一种地下直埋保温管道。
已知的地下直埋管道的保温管壳,有直接发泡的高分子聚合物(如聚氨脂泡沫塑料)制成,虽然保温效果很好,但造价太高,还有一类保温管壳采用沥青与无机保温材料混合制成,但当管道受热后,管道壁处的沥青溶化,使管道与保温层脱开。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种保温、防水性能好,工程造价低的地埋保温管道。
本实用新型的解决方法是采用有机和无机的保温材料,制成复合保温管道。

本实用新型由珍珠岩壳1,泡沫塑料2,外防水层3和管道4构成,其中珍珠岩壳1为半圆形管壳,纵向平面上有凸台5,其内半径比管道4外半径大10~20mm,长度为300~600mm。珍珠岩壳1之间,珍珠岩壳1与管道4之间均充满泡沫塑料2,外防水层3在最外层。其中泡沫塑料2可以是聚氨脂泡沫塑料,外防水层3为防水材料。
本实用新型结构简单,造价低,保温防水效果好,可节省大量有机保温材料。

1.一种复合材料保温管道,其特征在于:它由珍珠岩壳1,泡沫塑料2,外防水层3和管道4构成,其中珍珠岩壳1为半圆形管壳,其内半径比管道4外半径大10~20mm,珍珠岩壳1之间,珍珠岩壳1与管道4之间均充满泡沫塑料2,外防水层3在最最外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温管道,其特征在于:珍珠岩壳1的纵向平面上有凸台5。
