Abstract
一种复合材料保温管道，主要由珍珠岩壳1，泡
沫塑料2，外防水层3和管道4构成。本实用新型采
用珍珠岩代替了价格很高的保温泡沫塑料，降低了造
价，而且保温、防水效果均能达到设计要求，是一种理
想的地下直埋保温管道。
Description
本实用新型属于建筑材料，是一种地下直埋保温管道。
已知的地下直埋管道的保温管壳，有直接发泡的高分子聚合物(如聚氨脂泡沫塑料)制成，虽然保温效果很好，但造价太高，还有一类保温管壳采用沥青与无机保温材料混合制成，但当管道受热后，管道壁处的沥青溶化，使管道与保温层脱开。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种保温、防水性能好，工程造价低的地埋保温管道。
本实用新型的解决方法是采用有机和无机的保温材料，制成复合保温管道。

本实用新型由珍珠岩壳1，泡沫塑料2，外防水层3和管道4构成，其中珍珠岩壳1为半圆形管壳，纵向平面上有凸台5，其内半径比管道4外半径大10～20mm，长度为300～600mm。珍珠岩壳1之间，珍珠岩壳1与管道4之间均充满泡沫塑料2，外防水层3在最外层。其中泡沫塑料2可以是聚氨脂泡沫塑料，外防水层3为防水材料。
本实用新型结构简单，造价低，保温防水效果好，可节省大量有机保温材料。

1.一种复合材料保温管道，其特征在于：它由珍珠岩壳1，泡沫塑料2，外防水层3和管道4构成，其中珍珠岩壳1为半圆形管壳，其内半径比管道4外半径大10～20mm，珍珠岩壳1之间，珍珠岩壳1与管道4之间均充满泡沫塑料2，外防水层3在最最外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温管道，其特征在于：珍珠岩壳1的纵向平面上有凸台5。
