Abstract
本实用新型公开一种音箱结构，包括箱体、固定条和外套，所述箱体内部设有安装电子部件的空腔，所述外套设有开口，所述外套由具有弹性的材料一体成型，所述外套通过扩张所述开口将所述箱体可拆卸包裹在内，所述固定条设于所述外套的开口边缘处，所述固定条通过螺丝或卡扣或铆钉等方式配合与所述箱体连接，并将所述外套压紧于所述箱体的外表面。本设计的音箱结构通过在箱体外壁包裹一层成型外套，起到保护箱体以及美化外观的作用，其结构简单，生产方便，大大提高音箱的生产效率，而且整体采用可拆卸的方式结合，当外套老化残旧的时候可以更换，符合现代环保观念。

本实用新型涉及音响技术领域，具体为一种音箱结构。
背景技术
现有技术中的音箱结构，一般是先组装箱体后，再在箱体表面用胶水贴PVC成型，其缺点是生产效率低，不环保，不适合大批量生产；而采用R法成型的音箱，是先在四面板的四角位开R槽并在R槽的表面贴上PVC，再分别对应R槽的另一面开横V槽，形成四面板，其缺点是生产难度大，效率低，不良率高，PVC需优质加厚，从而造成造价高。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术提及的缺点，本实用新型提供一种结构简单，生产加工方便的音箱结构，并有效起到环保作用，符合现代消费观。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用技术方案为：一种音箱结构，包括箱体、固定条和外套，所述箱体内部设有安装电子部件的空腔，所述外套设有开口，所述外套由具有弹性的材料一体成型，所述外套通过扩张所述开口将所述箱体可拆卸包裹在内，所述固定条设于所述外套的开口边缘处，所述固定条通过螺钉或卡扣或铆钉等方式配合与所述箱体连接，并将所述外套压紧于所述箱体的外表面。
所述箱体采用木质材料或塑料制成；所述外套采用塑料或具弹性的皮革制成。
所述外套的外侧面上设有口袋，可放置物品。
所述固定条亦可采用固定压板的形式。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本设计的音箱结构通过在箱体外壁包裹一层的外套，起到保护箱体以及美化外观的作用，其结构简单，生产方便，大大提高音箱的生产效率，而且整体采用可拆卸的方式结合，当外套老化残旧的时候可以更换，符合现代环保观念。

如图1所示，一种音箱结构，包括箱体1、若干数量的固定条3和外套2，所述箱体1内部设有安装喇叭4及其他电子部件的空腔，所述外套2设有开口，所述外套2由具有弹性可伸缩的材料制成，所述外套2通过扩张所述开口将所述箱体1可拆卸包裹在内，所述固定条3设于所述外套2的开口边缘处，所述固定条3通过螺钉或卡扣或铆钉等与所述箱体连接配合，并将所述外套2压紧于所述箱体的外表面，所述固定条3的周边还设有一圈密封胶5。
所述箱体1采用木质材料或塑料制成；所述外套2采用塑料或具弹性的皮革制成。
所述外套2的外侧面上设有口袋，可放置物品。
所述固定条3亦可采用固定压板的方式对外套2进行固定。

1.一种音箱结构，其特征在于，包括箱体、固定条和外套，所述箱体内部设有安装电子部件的空腔，所述外套设有开口，所述外套由具有弹性的材料一体成型，所述外套通过扩张所述开口将所述箱体可拆卸包裹在内，所述固定条设于所述外套的开口边缘处，所述固定条通过螺钉或卡扣或铆钉与所述箱体连接，并将所述外套压紧于所述箱体的外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种音箱结构，其特征在于，所述箱体采用木质材料或塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种音箱结构，其特征在于，所述外套采用塑料或具弹性的皮革制成。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种音箱结构，其特征在于，所述外套的外侧面上设有口袋。
